    2021 Ford Explorer ST
    Kelsey F.

John Caruso is hands down the best sales guy there. About 3 years ago, we went in looking (at that time) at the Explorer. When we walked in, other sales men just looked at us, but John was the only one to approach us. Fast forward to 2021 and 3 cars later, John is the guy to go to. I leased my vehicle in 2018 and it was up this year. I absolutely loved my Explorer, but I would have changed a few things about it. I was going back and forth whether or not to buy it out or not, but again it didn't have everything exactly I wanted. We ultimately decided to custom order my new vehicle that way I got everything I ever wanted. I ended up ordering my dream Explorer from John. We ordered it back in early June, and I picked it up 2 days ago.. it came in a whole month earlier than expected! John did a fantastic job following up throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and what not. I ended up buying my car this time around. I'm so in love with my new Ford Explorer ST that I already put front window tints on her! Trust me, John is the guy to go to! You will not be disappointed. He does NOT pressure you at ALL to close a deal like some sales people do. Back in 2018, he actually suggested going home and doing more research to see the lowest price on the car so he could bring it back to his manager so we can close a deal. True genuine person. We will be back to see John in a couple years to order my husbands new truck. Keep it up John!! PS: I felt really bad the other night being there so late finalizing the paperwork, even though I know you wanted to go home after the long day. Thank you for being so patient and for taking the time to go over some key important details of my car!! You the real MVP! Thanks again :)

I could not believe the rudeness and complete lack of professionalism he showed when I inquired about an appraisal/selling my car. From the moment he approached me, there was zero professionalism. No introduction, no greeting - just "these your keys?" He immediately started lecturing me about my own lease, using a demeaning tone, as if I didn't understand the difference between my payoff amount and the dealership's payoff amount. He also implied that I didn't understand the difference between my total payoff amount versus the cash amount I would receive from positive equity. I'm currently shopping for my fourth consecutive lease and am well versed in the process, but unfortunately Daniel did not know that because he didn't bother to ask a single question about me or my situation before making a prejudiced assumption that I was clueless. Even trying to simply state the amount I was willing to accept for my vehicle was a waste of effort as he already made the ignorant assumption that I was clueless and didn't know what I was talking about. His tone was condescending, dismissive, and just cold. At one point, l referenced another dealership that had given me a competitive offer in hopes that he would even briefly attempt to earn my business. His response? "So?! Are you gonna do take the deal or not?" That summed up his entire approach and level of effort throughout our interaction. The irony is they have a huge sign out front advertising "we buy cars," yet with Daniel Lasko's arrogance and attitude, it feels like they couldn't care less about customers. On my way out I could hear him tell his co workers I had an issue with the offer. The issue was never the offer itself -- it was his complete lack of respect. If this is how management treats people, it's no surprise the showroom was empty on a Friday afternoon. I would never recommend working with him. No one deserves that treatment.

Eddie helped us think through clearly what we were looking for in a new vehicle, he then presented some options, gave us test drives, and finally worked with us to select what was a perfect fit for us, a 2026 Lexus NX 350h Premium AWD SUV (love the Caviar exterior). During price negotiations, some sales guy from the dealership stepped in, but sensing that things were going downhill, General Manager Michael Tedesco jumped in, and worked with us to find common ground. Many thanks, Michael Tedesco! Thanks also to Madison Miranda from Finance. We cannot say enough about Eddie, a thorough gentleman who has amazing family values, he made the entire experience extremely memorable for us. Eddie's professional expertise, coupled with his commendable personal touch will always be cherished by us. Once we took possession of the SUV, Eddie patiently walked us through the key features and even helped customize some of them. We have plans for another new vehicle in the coming couple of years, and most certainly will circle back with Lexus of Bridgewater, Eddie and Michael Tedesco! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, we highly recommend Lexus of Bridgewater, and be sure to ask for the very best, Eddie Ruggirello! - Shreyas & Krishna Rao

The vehicle: 2026 Lexus GX 550 Premium+ MSRP breakdown: - Base price: $70,750 - Packages & options: $4,891 - Delivery: $1,450 - Total MSRP: $77,091 Everything was aligned. Deal was essentially done. Then the General Manager steps in. Adds $2,500 over MSRP at the last second. And tries to justify it by saying: "You're getting a $1,000 Military Discount from Lexus." Let's call this what it is: You're not giving a discount... you're taking one away. You're marking the vehicle up above MSRP and then pretending a manufacturer incentive makes it okay--especially to a veteran who spent 8 months building this deal the right way. This isn't just bad business. This is exactly what's broken in today's car buying experience: - No transparency - No integrity in honoring deals - Sales relationships overridden by management greed - And complete disrespect for loyal customers and veterans Eight months of time, communication, and trust--wiped out in one move. Lexus of Bridgewater and its General Manager made their position clear: Profit over people. Every time. If this is how they treat a serious, ready buyer after months of engagement--imagine what happens to everyone else walking in. I traded in a vehicle that was worth more than the vehicle I purchased from Performance. Performance owed ME money on the transaction. After a couple of weeks, when I did not receive the check, I called the salesman, "Phil" inquiring about it. He falsely told me that the check was "cut" and that he would send me a tracking number. He never did and never responded to my follow up inquiries. Performance never paid me what was owed to me. Then, after reviewing my contract carefully, I realized that Performance charged me $399 for anti-theft window etching that I never received. I appreciate that the technicians were able to repair the volume button. They were also honest that they could not duplicate the issue with the side mirror during my visit, which I understand can happen with intermittent problems. However, I was disappointed with my interaction regarding the high idle concern. The service representative repeatedly suggested that I needed to use premium gasoline. Both my husband and I explained multiple times that we already use premium fuel exclusively. Despite this, the representative continued to insist that the car "knows the difference in octane" and emphasized switching to premium gas. I found this frustrating because I felt that my concerns were not being heard and that my statements about how I maintain my own vehicle were being dismissed. As a customer, I expect my observations to be taken seriously. Even if premium fuel is a common recommendation, once I clarified that this was already our practice, I would have appreciated a more collaborative discussion about other possible causes of the issue rather than feeling as though my honesty or understanding was being questioned. I value professionalism and clear communication, and I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others in the future.
