They were so very helpful... Even offered a way for me to virtually check my head for lice. They were honest and didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to see people actually act in favor for others, instead of just looking to earn money. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone. When I was looking for help on this, I chose this company because of the pricing & the convenience. I was told by the technician that my son's case was not severe although he had long hair. The service was extended more than needed. I should have been advised on the anticipated length of the treatment & notified beforehand that guarantee cannot be given since I was not treated or checked. The price is for 1 person whereas the website states 4 people at $400. This is false advertising & should be modified to ensure transparency & customer satisfaction. Customers should also be notified beforehand of the policies not after but before the treatment.This is withholding information that helps parent decide on the right approach for their child.

I would recommend to stay away from this place…read more We were seen quickly from the time we called initially for my daughter. The treatment involved nit picking. Once finished we we told to do a family check and follow up on my daughter. The follow up was postponed two times and we got to hear about personal issues as excuses. When the day came for the final follow up on April 27 it was cancelled about an hour before the appointment time. Several attempts to contact the business were unsuccessful sales ubsequent to the cancellation. Fast forward three weeks and both my kids have nits. We are spending another treatment fee at a different business now. You can see all the nits and bugs in the photo below. A full treatment was obviously not done correctly. I am highly disappointed in the professionalism and attentiveness of Lice Lice Baby. Not only will I not use this place again, I will recommend against it to everyone I know. For a super professional, pleasant, thorough, and effective treatment for the same cost go to Lice Clinics of America. Several in the Metroplex. I used the one in McKinney.

Which is free. Well, the staff didn't even check to see if she had any additional lice, the just re-treated her. I would think a re-treatment would come if they saw some New lice. No, this is Rachel's way of ripping off the consumer's for additional monies.. The said 3 lice were considered an extreme case,which they automatically do a re-treatment..They have to by the CDC..Don't believe this is nonsense.. Stay away from this clinic!!! She should be there soon." "We're like a doctors office so you shouldn't compare it to hairdressing (when referring to the lateness of Marie)." (like doctors aren't at their offices when they're supposed to be?) "I don't see how this is bad customer service, traffic happens." "I don't know what you want me to do about it, if you want to leave you can." I understand traffic happens, but it's been 45 minutes at this point when she was supposed to be there in "5 minutes." Overall, they have wasted my time and expected me to wait and pay for the RE-CHECK, which I was willing to do if I didn't have such terrible customer service. The attitude, rudeness and blatant disregard of people's time is NOT worth it. I suggest finding somewhere more professional that will not waste your time.

She conducted herself in such a professional manner and was so friendly and very educated and wise on what she was doing. We left there feeling so much better with a peace of mind about such a stressful situation. I'll update you on the upcoming weeks as we go back for the follow up treatment but I feel pretty confident all will go well.
