Once finished we we told to do a family check and follow up on my daughter. The follow up was postponed two times and we got to hear about personal issues as excuses. Several attempts to contact the business were unsuccessful sales ubsequent to the cancellation. Fast forward three weeks and both my kids have nits. The woman behind the desk used hand sanitizer and a mask and took my temperature using a no-contact thermometer. I waited for about two minutes after arriving to be taken back. I appreciated how easily and kindly Dr. Heda's answered all my questions about the different portions of the exam and how my eyes have changed. She also walked me through different contact lenses and made sure I had the right pair. During my first visit Dr.Shelly came in to the room with no gloves and proceeded to touch all over my infant including his private area... (there was no sink in the room so he didn't wash his hands prior to touching him either). After our visit with the Dr we were brought out to be charged for the visit but the front staff lady was too busy speaking to a coworker to acknowledge us so we had to go with another front staff member to be charged. We went here one more time and once again we were disappointed with the service since we had to wait more than 20 minutes after our booked appointment to be seen. Today i called to cancel my upcoming appointment and was met with sass from the front office staff who picked up the phone and then was hit with a random bill "for Dr.Shelly seeing us at the hospital" Dr.Shelly came to my room all of two times and only spoke to me and my husband not once did he actually check on my son and i know this because my son stayed next to us at all times, even when he got blood taken out my husband went with my son.
