The technician on Saturday specifically rescheduled all 4 of us for Sunday to make it right. When we showed up Sunday, the exact same thing happened. They told us they could only do 2 treatments again. When we explained that we were specifically told to come back today for the full group, the technician was incredibly rude. They told us it was our choice to get 2 done or 'just go somewhere else.' Instead of being empathetic or apologetic that we had wasted two days in a row, the staff was angry and defensive, claiming it wasn't their fault because they 'weren't there yesterday.' Dealing with lice is already a nightmare; dealing with this level of unprofessionalism and rudeness makes it a hundred times worse. I used our little lice comb and sure enough, little black dots on the comb. Amy was great about calling me back within the hour and setting up an appt the next day. Rhonda was the one who did our treatment and she was great! Very friendly, knowledgable and made us feel at ease. I requested to have my head checked as well and I am so glad I did because she discovered eggs in my head (I had no itching) so she treated my head as well as my daughter's head that day. Service was really quick....we were in and out in less than 90 minutes for the both of us. She set us up with some preventive products that I used on my husband and son when they got home.
