Marci was amazing! My 7 yr old came home with live lice. I called and they were booked. The next morning I got a call to say they had an opening. I went in and it was great! It didn't take hours like a home remedy would. My daughter was entertained by a movie and snacks. I was checked as well. This air treatment is a little pricey, just over $200 for my daughters treatment. However it totally worked! A few weeks later I panicked cause I found 3 eggs on hair. Marci set up my appt with I think Stacey. I brought my daughter back and it ended up only being dead eggs from the first treatment. Stacey was super easy going even though I clearly overreacted. I got the dreaded phone call from school saying my daughter has lice. Of course I freaked out because who wants lice? I called Nitless Noggins and Marci called me back within 10 min. We live in Santa Cruz county but since they had an opening in Campbell we drove there. The whole process was so easy. They let my daughter (she is 7) pick out a movie while Marci and her daughter treated her hair. They also gave me a head check as well (luckily I was clear). After about an hour we were done. The process is very easy. They comb the hair out when dry then again with an enzyme and again with an oil. My daughter sat through the whole process. They also give you a vacuum to vacuum the seat in your car. As a side note I drove over to Classic Carwash and had my whole car vacuumed and wiped down inside. It is overkill but I'm paranoid and I needed it done anyway. Anyway Marci and her daughter are very knowledgeable which is so nice because the information the school gives you is absolutely archaic. Marci gave me a ton of info and I wasn't so freaked out anymore. It's not as awful as when I was a kid and they told my mom to iron the carpet! She also sells all the products you need for aftercare. It's a one stop shop. It is worth every penny and then some to come and have this done. I would recommend this to anyone who's child has lice. This works far better then any over the counter treatment. Don't bother trying to self treat when you can just get it done. read more

We found lice in my sister's hair and we called them right away. They were able to fit us in the next day and checked my sister's, mother's, our friend's, and my hair. My sister has severe cerebral palsy and they were so accommodating and nice. After the check, they did a treatment on all of us since we all had lice. It was such a detailed treatment that killed all of the lice and eggs. It took about 2 hours to finish all four of us. We were able to go out and resume our day after we took a shower at home. Who really wants to end up here? I seriously had no choice and I wish I would have gone straight here in the first place. It would have saved me time, stress, money! (lots of money!) My daughter got lice in second grade over a holiday break and for two months it was hell. I called Marcy and she seriously made me feel at ease and that it was going to all be okay. AND IT WAS A LIFE SAVER! She's professional, extremely knowledgeable, and loves her clients. She tells you step by step what to do before you arrive, she helps you as soon as you walk in the door and made my overly nervous and scared 8 year old at ease- that in it self is a huge task. My daughter sat still and watched the newest movie on dvd she got to pick out, I took Marcy's mini vac and cleaned out my back seats where my daughter sat- I'm telling you, she thinks of everything. The products she uses smell great, and I will call her to see if she sells the oil base product she put in my daughters hair at the end. I seriously wish I would have done this when we first found out about it. Instead I wasted over $100.00's trying to tackle it on my own with over the counter topical's that do not work.I cried many days wondering why I could not tackle this. Lice is FRUSTRATING! I had been going to a different place for years, that is until this past Satuday. I had to have myself and my 4 younger kiddos checked.1 of my daughters had a pretty severe case, my 2 othert daughters on had nits. I actually had to step outside to cry and call a sister in Christ for prayer, thats how bad it was. The ladies were so accomodating! It felt like a home. Went in last minute due to a lice outbreak in my sons preschool, Marcy was so great with my kids. She checked us all, due to it being around us.
