Dr Lane and her staff are both incredible. I had tried two different Aptos med spas and had very unpleasant disappointing experiences. Both of those providers way overfilled my lips requiring second visits to dissolve (which really hurts!) my overfilled duck lips. Neither provider offered to refund any of my money - which was twice as much as Dr Lane. She is totally transparent with pricing, and let me know exactly what my options were and the costs prior to procedure. Most importantly, the filler and Dysport were painless with nearly zero bruising. She's an artist and a pro with amazing bedside manner and I had a wonderful experience with great results. I would give no stars. Came in requesting two surgeries. Dr. Lane advised against one and the other didn't have the confidence to do so. She started telling me about Botox instead. She made it sound like I could apply the consultation fee towards Botox. I called back and asked to apply it toward a product and they said "no". I wouldn't recommend her. I found someone else who can easily perform both surgeries, and they applied the 250 dollar consultation fee toward the surgeries. It's gauche to nickel and dime a person for a deposit when the Dr. is the one who is lacking in the confidence to do something as simple and as ordinary as what I was inquiring about. read more

I had the LaseMD done. TWICE at $800.00 a treatment and I saw zero improvement in skin texture, fine lines or collagen build up. I'm older and probably would take numerous treatments to see even slight results. This should have been stated by Dr.Lane before I spent my hard earned money. Total waste of money on older skin! Might as well spend the money on a face lift if you want results. I sent a email to Dr Lane informing her of the fact I saw zero improvement and she didn't bother to reply. I have not been back. After trying several of the options Dr. Lane gave me, I went ahead and elected to have surgery on my septum and nasal cavity. It's been a year and a half since my procedure, I'm breathing easier, and I wanted to update my review reflecting my experience. My pre-op experience was great. I knew that I would soon be losing my excellent health insurance. Carrli is a rockstar and managed to squeeze me in an appointment with the very busy Dr. Lane, somehow found me an appointment with a surgery center booked months in advance, and even got my insurance to hurry up the approval in time. Amazing! Dr. Lane and my anesthesiologist were both very thorough and very clear when discussing pre-op questions, explanations, and guidelines with me. When I arrived, everything went exactly as they had explained it would and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. My recovery was really easy too. I would describe it as uncomfortable but not painful. I never felt pain in my nose or face unless I accidentally bumped my nose. After the surgery both nostrils were completely clogged for several days and that's always an uncomfortable experience. So really, it felt no different than having a head cold. For me, the most unpleasant part of the recovery was getting over the nausea and fatigue from anesthesia. I've seen many improvements in my health since the procedure. I had one nostril that was chronically stuffy and that problem has disappeared. Blowing my nose and using saline spray didn't completely clear my stuffiness before and now I feel like I have much better drainage. My ability to breathe and get a restful night's sleep has greatly improved. My post nasal drip has noticeably improved. The chronic tickle in my ears has not gone away but has improved some too. I've also noticed less fatigue during exercise because when I take a deep breath in through my nose, I'm actually getting enough oxygen now. Again, I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff is at Dr. Lane's office. Having gone through two horrible medical billing and administration experiences since my procedure with Dr. Lane, I can tell you that Carrli is the absolute BEST at her job. I was absolutely spoiled by the kind, competent, helpful, prompt assistance that Carrli gives her patients and I wish other medical offices could find their Carrli. read more

I love this office! Dr Lane, Carrli, and Judy are all awesome and do fantastic work. I have had dysport done several times to get rid of crows feet & frown lines. It works like magic! I have also had fillers around my lips to smooth out fine lines. My lips look fuller, younger and very natural. I have been coming here for about 3 years. I was so impressed by the integrity and warmth of everyone at dr lanes office. Here's the amazing thing: I was referred to dr lane to see about a skin procedure & when I went in for my consult I did not feel any of that weird "salesy" type of energy that is so common in the industry. Nurse Judy really listened to me & really looked at me as a person as well as my face. She listened to what I wanted. Dr lane happened to be available and when Judy called her in (& they even apologized for dr lane having a cold & asked if it was ok if I saw her), the two conferred and referred me out! I was stunned and so impressed that they would give me what I really wanted even if they themselves weren't doing the procedure. Everyone in the office is so nice.
