The technician on Saturday specifically rescheduled all 4 of us for Sunday to make it right. When we showed up Sunday, the exact same thing happened. They told us they could only do 2 treatments again. When we explained that we were specifically told to come back today for the full group, the technician was incredibly rude. They told us it was our choice to get 2 done or 'just go somewhere else.' Instead of being empathetic or apologetic that we had wasted two days in a row, the staff was angry and defensive, claiming it wasn't their fault because they 'weren't there yesterday.' Dealing with lice is already a nightmare; dealing with this level of unprofessionalism and rudeness makes it a hundred times worse. I requested to have my head checked as well and I am so glad I did because she discovered eggs in my head (I had no itching) so she treated my head as well as my daughter's head that day. Service was really quick....we were in and out in less than 90 minutes for the both of us. She set us up with some preventive products that I used on my husband and son when they got home. She also gave us some good tips about what to do with our hair brushes and our bedding since they were all used when we had lice.
