The worst part - they did not come forward with correct pricing at the beginning of the session, and when I pushed back they played a recording from their phone of them telling me the correct pricing schedule (but couldn't because the woman didn't actually communicate it). I understand that NY is a state that allows conversations to be recorded but it is completely indicative about the type of business that they are in that they do it without informing their customers.
