However, they didn't have me on their schedule at all when I was suppose to start my first week post op. I found Quest Physical Therapy accidentally and only a few miles from my home, and this place has an entire team of collaborative professional staff , all well trained in their jobs! Everyone is so caring and attentive. You feel better just being there! I worked primarily with Jamie Bollinger who is truly an expert in her field . She was very good at motivating and empowering me, helping me to understand the new mechanics of my knee. She helped me push myself to do the hard work needed for my recovery. She also is certified in Dry needling which was new to me, and definitely helpful! I had a few times to work with Nathan, and both techs Ben, and Julie were all professional and caring. Anthony and Stefanie were both very helpful setting up my sessions and insurance, and billing. I truly would recommend Quest to those needing professional physical therapy. Millie Cunningham

I can't say enough great things about Quest Physical Therapy in Issaquah, especially Dr. Anthony…read more(Tony). From the very first appointment, his punctuality stood out--appointments always start on time, which immediately shows respect for your schedule and your care. Dr. Tony is not only incredibly kind, but also genuinely empathetic. He truly listens, takes the time to understand how you're feeling, and makes you feel seen and heard as a person--not just a patient. There's a real, unmistakable sense that he cares deeply about your recovery and well-being, and that level of compassion is rare. His expertise across multiple modalities is impressive. Whether it's targeted manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, or other advanced techniques, Dr. Tony clearly knows how to tailor treatment to what you need to get back on your feet safely and efficiently. He explains the "why" behind everything, which builds confidence and trust throughout the recovery process. If you're looking for a physical therapist who combines technical excellence with genuine human care, Quest Physical Therapy--and Dr. Tony in particular--is simply exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier physical therapy in Issaquah.

I could not work, I could not sleep or function with simple daily activities and I needed help. Instead, I was ignored, talked over, and completely dismissed. Dr. Robon showed no interest in my condition, instead he took the time to talk about himself, how good he is and what Labor & Industry needed from him, not what I needed as a patient. It's taken me a year to write this because the experience was that upsetting. Thankfully, I found excellent care and real support at Swedish Hospital. I've since had two surgeries with a compassionate, skilled surgeon I trust, or in short: everything Dr. Robon was not.

When I asked about trying physical therapy? Dr. Robon dismissed PT and said it would not work. I now have permanent scar tissue and pain in the wrist and there was no benefit in the procedure. Since then, I have had many physical therapists tell me that PT is a valid and successful treatment for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome! Worst case scenario, why not at least try PT first before undergoing an evasive surgery?? I was pressured and convinced by Dr. Robon that his Release procedure was the best and most successful treatment option. Dr. Robon does have a good bedside manner but he should not pressure his patients into evasive surgical procedures that could be avoided with physical therapy. I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Robon's poor judgement and he should advocate for his patients better!

I haven't had much, if any, neck issues since then. And even if I get some flare ups, I feel confident to resolve that with the exercises he's given me, and it resolves within a week (usually less). I recently started having really bad lower back pain for about the last 1-2 months and I finally made an appt to see him today. Zach gave me such an informative rundown on the root issues and the assessment was spot-on to my bad [posture] habits. He assured me in the way I needed it and again gave me the proper tools and exercises to feel confident that I can tackle this. I left feeling much less stiffness and tension in my lower back bc he spent some time loosening it up and adjusting my back. Can't say enough wonderful things about the guy and his knowledge. I spent time and money on traditional physical therapy and was prescribed painkillers, repeating the same cycle for almost 7 years with no real relief. Within just one month of working with Zach, my lower back pain was gone. He took the time to properly assess my condition and his adjustments gave me my life back, pain-free. If you have been struggling with long-term pain and feel stuck, do yourself a favor and see Zach. I only wish I had found him sooner.

Kevin was my physical therapist for both injuries and Sam assisted him. Both Kevin and Sam were consistently thoughtful, supportive, and encouraging. The first day I walked in, I was in pain and quite nervous and not sure what to expect. Kevin was very kind, great about explaining everything along the way, and his treatment plan and recommendations were incredibly effective - with both injuries, I was able to get back to pain-free far more quickly than I'd anticipated. I'm interested in research, and it was clear he keeps up to date on the latest research in his field, which is excellent and would certainly contribute to how effectively he's able to treat his patients. It's also clear they both genuinely care - it shows in everything they do. They are professional, capable, and will treat you like a friend. I will always be grateful to them for how they helped me recover from my injuries with such reassurance and sincere concern for my overall well-being. If you ever need physical therapy for any reason whatsoever, definitely choose Issaquah Physical Therapy. I'm incredibly grateful to have found them.
