The service at this place is impeccable! The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very quick. Our barista made a beautiful latte and with a smile. The outdoor seating is beautiful and the macarons are top shelf.

Lickety Split is a dessert/coffee bar at the Four Seasons Orlando that offers a great casual spot for resting tired legs. It also offers grab and go options if you're heading to the park and want to bring prepackaged sandwiches. Children who play the Four Seasons Passport game can qualify for a free scoop of gelato too! My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Located next to the check-in lobby, Lickety Split will be one of your first stops at the resort. It's cute and cozy, with a few booths that hide you from view, along with a few tables for open seating. Outside you'll find a large outdoor patio that overlooks the resort. Inside your eyes will be drawn to the rows of frozen gelato. 1 Star. Service - Like all Four Seasons properties, the staff is terrific. If you are a spending multiple days at the resort chances are they'll remember you, your kids, and their favorite flavors. During on stays (once in February and in September), it was never busy and they were always fast. If you have children, they can collect stamps throughout the resort property for their "passport". Once completed, they can exchange it for free gelato. It's a great interactive way to learn about the resort while getting rewarded too. 1 Star. Food - Lickety Split offers a full coffee bar, grab & go food items, and assorted pastries. I'm sure those items are fine, but honestly the only time I've been here is to order gelato. It's cold, creamy, sweet and delicious. My favorite flavors were the peanut butter, tiramisu, pistachio, and chocolate. Now, it is a little pricey and way too easy to charge it to your room, but it makes for a sweet ending to a long day at the park. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. It's hard not to stop by when you walk by Lickety Split every day. The difficult part is choosing the right flavor. But let's be honest, if you're staying at the resort you'll be here a few times. 1 Star. My Yelp Rating Scale (Sum of all parts): 1 Star - Atmosphere - Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I'll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star - Service - You can have a great meal with bad service. But that's also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It's important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars - Food - I'll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it's really all about the food. 1 Star - Will I come back? - If I know for a fact I'll return, I'll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food (2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Yelp score.Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.

Hubs and I ate breakfast and lunch here a few times while staying at the hotel for 8 days. It was our longest stay yet and after a few days of $80 pancakes and yogurt parfaits from room service I wanted to try a more reasonable option. Lickety Split has several options for dining - they have pre-made items you can quickly pop in and grab and take to go, they have menu items for breakfast and lunch you can order and get to go or to dine in, and they have several pastry and dessert options (like their famous gelato) as well. I had a cobb salad for lunch here one day and it was absolutely delicious. I asked for the chicken to be substituted for salmon on the side. This was easily done and wasn't a problem. My husband and I dined out on the patio and it probably took about 20-25 minutes for my salad to be ready. It was a very large portion and it was delicious and fresh. The salmon was great too. My husband and mother and grandmother all had gelato here and loved it - I did try my mother's nutella gelato and it was really good. Nom nom. The staff are friendly and it doesn't take too long to get the food. Usually. I had an Acai berry bowl 3x while here and I loved it - it's fresh and a great breakfast option. I also had a multigrain spinach and egg croissant and it was DELICIOUS. Yummmmm..... My only real complaint would be the setup of the door to the outdoor patio seating area... it's weird. It has a tab that has to be either pushed or pulled in order to get out to the patio - well - this is problematic for two reasons: 1-If your hands are full you aren't going to be able to operate that door properly and you're going to awkwardly fumble around trying to get it open 2-Children (and most adults) can't figure it out We sat outside two times and stood around while waiting for items on the inside of the shop - and it's very loud and unpleasant to hear children and adults trying over and over to jerk this door open while not operating that stupid pull/push thing right. This needs to be removed and reworked - it's awful.

The fruity gelato takes the cake! :)

Delicious treats and espresso cafe to take to pool side or hang out inside, love the fragrance of fresh pressed coffee ! And, the gelato is to die for, honestly! A little goes a l o n g way! Sweet little place in a big classy hotel. Check it out!

It was nestled right in the downtown of Winer Garden. This felt like such a special place for a date night! The food was delicious! We started off with the bruschetta tomato and it was spot on. I love a classic bruschetta and it's hard to find one without cheese in the US (there were other options with cheese if that's your thing). I was so excited to order it and it did not disappoint. For our main entrees my husband ordered the pasta carbonara and I ordered my favorite pasta bolognese. WOW this is the best pasta bolognese I've found so far in the United States. The flavors brought me back to Tuscany and the pasta made in house was perfect! My husband enjoyed his dish but he is not as big of a fan of the large pieces of pancetta, but that is more of his own personal preference. We ended our meal with decaf espressos and dessert. My husband had the cannoli and I had the tiramisu. It was the best way to end our meal and we enjoyed every last bite. We are excited to come back and try some of the other dishes, the pizzas looked so yummy! Highlight: We had a table right in front of where they make their pasta. It was so cool to see it being made. My husband and I were mesmerized by the process.

L'Artisan des Glaces is in the France Pavilion at Epcot. It's sort of hidden in the back of the France Pavilion. It's a ice cream kiosk! You'll find a rotating selection of house made ice creams and sorbets, up to 16 different flavors. Some of the standout frozen treats include the macaron ice cream sandwich and the croque glace (warm brioche bun pressed around a scoop of ice cream and topped with sauce). When I stopped inside the restaurant, the wait time wasn't too long. It was approximately 15 minutes. I've always wanted to try out the chocolate macaron ice cream sandwich. It was pretty small though, but the flavor was amazing! I did end up taking the macaron ice cream sandwich over to the single rider line for Remy's! Because this dessert shop is in the World Showcase at Epcot, this is a great spot to break while walking around the different pavilions. Seating is limited, but if you walk a little bit near the Disney's Beauty and the Beast Sing-A-Long, there are some more benches that you can sit at. This is one of the better sweet shops in Epcot!

I was surprised to find the servers, in what should be a HAPPY PLACE, extremely rude. Right - getting gelato (aka ice cream) should be a happy experience. I wanted a few samples and didn't quite understand the sampling rules. For anyone that goes, YOU PAY first and then they let you sample to pick your flavor. No issue with that for me, other than they should have a little clearer direction versus the perceived looks that I should have known that. My suggestion - post something to let the customer know so they don't stand around bewildered. While we were eating our treat, we did see many people go through the same struggle. Next, the workers should not lie. My husband has some disabilities from a medical problem and I asked if they had a regular spoon I could get versus the very small gelato utensil. They right out told me "no, they did not have any other type of spoon". So he used what they had, which made the experience difficult. As we were eating, I noticed they had pies and some other desserts in the case (see photos). I then asked if you ordered a slice of pie, what do they give you to eat it with. Well, what a surprise, the cashier pulled out a lovely regular spoon with a long handle. I asked why they didn't say that before and no one could respond. I do know more than likely it is not the workers fault, but how they were trained by the manager. I will end on a good note, which is why I have given this a 3-star and not a 1-star. The GELATO - was great. We ended up with lemon pie and vanilla & two varieties of chocolate hazelnut. We shared them and loved the taste. I will not return due to the workers basically saying something that was not true when asked to help someone be able to better enjoy the experience.
