We stopped in to have a drink at the rooftop bar. We didn't have a reservation but the bar wasn't crowded. An elevator goes directly to the rooftop from the lobby. The rooftop bar has three levels with a hot tub on one. We were seated at the best table. It was the only table on the top level with an amazing view of the small coliseum and the main square. It had a perfect sunset view! We arrived just in time for apertivo The drinks were very good. I had a Venetian spritz, one of my diagnosed had a mojito and the other had a glass of very good champagne. Some small bites also came with the cocktails. All for 39 euro! It didn't have additional food. The server was very nice

The hotel's biggest asset is its location. So if you are using it as a pivot point it's good. If…read moreyou are thinking it's a spa retreat then you are mistaken. The hotel is dated and everything shows wear and tear. My biggest problem was how hot the rooms were and we could hear everyone above us all night long. Not ideal for light sleepers. However, the staff there were polite and helpful. They can call you a cab to the train station and also store your luggage for you. After we checked out, they kept our luggage for seven hours and offered us water when we were leaving. The staff were great. Verona is amazing shopping and this is a great spot to go shop around bring your bag from there. Highly recommended bringing a suitcase so you can take all the goodies home.

I am from the united states and have lived in northern Italy for about 4-5 months & I decided to…read moretake a week and a half with my family and explore some Italy I haven't seen. We decided to see Lake garda and explore the little shops as a day trip. We came across Scaligeri's and it was incredible. I ordered the margarita pizza, my mother ordered the swiss burger. She is typically pretty picky about eating a lot out and isn't easily impressed but she absolutely loved it and described the burger as light, flavorful, simple, "just perfect", & the bread was light. My Margarita pizza was easily the best pizza i've ever had. since moving here I've tried probably around a dozen different places and this pizza was so incredible. it was extremely light, the bread was like a cloud and puffy, the sauce was light & flavorful but it was the perfect amount, & the cheese was beyond great. My mom doesn't even enjoy eating cheese and she was astonished when she tried it. We ordered a Red sparkling wine, Lambrusco, & we loved it, we cleared the bottle it quickly. For anyone who gets headaches easily from drinking, this is a perfect drink for you as it's smooth and extremely flavorful. We sat outside on their little patio/porch & it was somewhat cold BUT they have one of those fancy heaters with a flame that is very nice and they offer these red plaid blankets to put on your lap if you get cold. The view is a castle and people walking around it's so cute! the staff was very kind and did well speaking english as well although hopefully next time I visit, my italian will be better haha. the food came out with 7-10 minutes and was hot and excellent! I recommend this place, 100/10 it was truly incredible and authentic, please try their margarita pizza it was truly amazing and simple. I hope whoever visits has the same level of experience that we had! (i attached some photos)

We went to Terme Sirmione for the afternoon, then shopping, & this is the way to have a dinner! Amazing Pizza, please be sure to add the burrata, service was excellent, especially our servers Mudy & Macram. They were so incredibly nice and attentive! Just what anyone needs on vacation! It can be hit and miss in any resort area, but this was definitely a hit , amazing prices for the highest quality pizza with special olive oil, spicy olive oil, oregano peppers, whatever you request is available! If I lived close by, I would definitely be a regular ! It's that easy, price, friendly, and fun! And you are inches away from the lake looking straight out on the water to Lake Garda, is more relaxing than I can say! So many to choose from, but please choose this one !!!!!

I'd first like to start off by saying that after leaving this restaurant a bad review (something i…read moreNEVER normally would do) on trip advisor, they left me a mean response. When looking through other reviews, this is something they seem to enjoy doing and do often to unhappy customers. Not only this, but they also then FLAGGED MY REVIEW AND HAD IT TAKEN DOWN DESPITE ITS VALIDITY AND MY BEING A PAYING CUSTOMER. Instantly as my father and I walked into this place there was a very clear tone of disgust from staff towards us. The place was empty and they looked us up and down and asked us if we had a reservation almost as if they didn't want to seat us. When we were seated I asked if they had gluten free pasta - online it states they have gluten free options and I am a celiac, they looked at me like I was crazy before saying no. Just about every restaurant in this town has good gluten free pasta and options. Also, I speak Italian and English so communication isn't an issue, more so it was a problem with attitude. I would have gladly eaten something other than pasta, I'm sure they had plenty of delicious food and saw much of it online prior to choosing this place for dinner, but being that we felt so unwelcome in this restaurant we did something we rarely do and got up and left. Didn't even finish our drinks because we felt so uncomfortable being there. It's too bad; I was really looking forward to trying this place but it wasn't worth the time, energy, or being made feel horrid by their staff.
