Given the quality and price point, we were quite disappointed, especially since the leggings were well cared for and never put in the dryer. We brought them into the store on the Upper East Side of NYC to ask whether an exchange might be possible, considering they were not very old. The experience could not have been better. The associate at the register was incredibly kind and immediately acknowledged that this should not have happened. He took the time to check whether the exact style was in stock, and when it wasn't, he offered to order a replacement and have it shipped directly to us. At a time when customer service can often fall short, this experience truly stood out. Lululemon not only stands behind its products, but also delivers exceptional customer service, something that makes a real difference and reinforces loyalty to the brand.

I was looking for mask inserts and saw Athleta sells them online. I thought I would stop in and see if I could purchase them in the store. After making this my mission today I decided to exhaust all my possibilities before going to Athleta. I tried CVS, Duane Reade, Rite Aid, Target, and Kings Pharmacy and none of these places carries them. Take my advice and go to Athleta. I entered and was immediately welcomed by a friendly associate. By this time I was exhausted so I cut to the chase telling her why I was there. She said they don't have them in store any longer but she would look online. She said if they're available she would order them for me and I would save the shipping charge. I went ahead and ordered two packages of 10 mask filters each package. With tax my total was $8.69. She said I would receive an email and my credit card would be charged. I was told it's two day delivery. I was amazed. After I arrived home I had the email about my order. At this point I'll be happy when they arrive. If anything goes wrong it will not be the fault of this sales associate or this beautiful Athleta location. My most recent order was delayed six weeks due to "QC issues," and by the time it arrived, we were already four games into the season. The products don't match the photos online. They appear to use stock images that look nothing like what you actually receive. The materials are cheap, colors inconsistent, and prices unjustifiably high. For example, the jerseys I ordered last season came with completely different colored socks this time. The "Dirpo" shirts are basic $1.50 Jerzees tees sold for $35. The "Botoga" shorts are described as slim fit, yet they're oversized and baggy, past my knees at 6'2". The windbreaker doesn't even match; it's a lime green while the jerseys are dark forest green. The "Rosa" pants I ordered for my daughter are stiff and uncomfortable. Cheaper $15 Target pants would be better. Even the keeper's kit came mismatched with a purple jersey and shorts but dark blue socks. Overall, it feels like they're cutting corners with low-quality products while charging premium prices. After waiting six weeks and starting the season without uniforms, seeing the disappointing quality wasn't a surprise--it was just frustrating.
