Both orders showed items in stock and were marked as preparing for shipment/pickup. Shortly after, both were canceled because the items were supposedly out of stock. To make things worse, I had to deal with terrible customer service. No real help, no clear answers - just frustration. Now I'm stuck waiting for two separate payment holds to be processed so I can get my money back, all because of their mistake and poor inventory system. This entire experience was an inconvenience from start to finish. Academy has lost me as a customer, and I'll be telling my family to avoid shopping here as well. If you value your time, money, and patience, shop somewhere else.

She stated that I had to have the same method of payment for my exchange, the receipt and she could not look up my purchase. I informed her that previously, associates were able to assist.
