Connor gave me an overview of what they had. I like the ostrich and gator belts alot. So many colors and shades overwhelming. I went with a black ostrich belt, love it. Connor so knowledgeable, patient and impeccable manners. We came the next day my daughter has an audition for a country singer for a movie on Friday. Jenna spent alot of time with my daughter to assemble an authentic outfit so she will be ready. While my daughter was being helped another employee gave me a cowboy hat 101 class and it was interesting. There is a steam machine that can form ur hat to different looks. U can get a real cowboy hat starting at $30 to $500 which are displayed on the wall, I think he said the wall hats have a beaver blend. My fiancee and I got an uncomfortable vibe immediately. Deciding not to pay much attention to it, we shopped around. The store had hangers lying on the floor. It was pretty unbelievable given it was a Monday night. This is when the real problems started and the ultimate reason why im leaving this review. My fiancee was using his asthmatic inhaler. Then out of thin air, an employee runs up to us and spoke to us in a disrespectful voice. They commanded my fiancee to "stop hitting a vape". And we tried explaining to the lady its an inhaler but she wouldn't even bother listening to us. At that point, we were very frustrated so we put our items back and left the store.
