I got a Biscotti brownie and cookie dough ice cream which was delicious but my boyfriend's order blew mine out of the park with the Salted Caramel ice cream as a base, Oreo, cookie dough and a hot caramel drizzle on top! I love the texture of the ice cream and being able to have so many options to customize your order. Being able to try something different each time is exciting and I look forward to creating different ice cream combinations every time I go! My son created an ice cream out of his three favorite cereals, I went with a pre-made ice cream and my husband went with a shake so I was able to try both. The ice cream was super fun and did not disappoint. I thought there would be chunks of cereal mixed into ice cream but I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong as it was blended into the ice cream. My husband LOVED his shake and went home saying he was ready to go back for another. The employees were extremely kind and the serving station was clean as was the rest of the place. My school often does fundraisers with Milky Ways and they're very accommodating and easy to work with. Definitely a fun place to try if you're looking for a twist on something sweet.

You know what they say about thawing food out and then refreezing it in a public establishment? Don't do it. Why? Risks of salmonella, E. coli, and much worse... a soiled palette! Not to mention lawsuits... Also, the sprinkles were improperly stored, they were out of toppings like chocolate syrup, they had no bottled cokes or waters, and the place had a creepy Elmo figurine dangling from the wall like it was his first and last breath on Earth. Don't even get me started on the ant-ridden benches and seatings. Overall, really poor ice cream quality, overcharged by mistake but there's no way this guy didn't know his scoops were freezer-charred. Came here a while ago, but didn't review it although not sure why. Tonight we're in the neighborhood and stopped in and I'm pretty glad I did. It is a small selection of flavors, but despite that is something that will appeal to almost anybody. Being a big fan of biscotti, I of course, went with Andy's. Got a single scoop as I had just finished a pretty big dinner. They serve the cup topped with a simple cone. And it just tasted delicious. The greatest girl at the counter did not offer us tastes so I don't know if that is available, but I would've liked to try some of the other flavors for future reference. One of the standouts about this particular dessert is that is lower calorie and low and fat compared to other ice creams. It does not seem to sacrifice any taste to do that. Strictly because of the flavor options, I would not put this at the top of my list of go to ice cream places as there are countless choices nearby, but it is certainly a place that I will visit again when I'm in the neighborhood and craving a delicious cold ice cream treat.
