I've come here to help manage own a few business cars, my own personal cars, and my parents cars registrations. It was quick…read more The kiosk was not accepting cash, no check option and the only other options for payment warned you would pay a fee. I don't like fees. We were out in three minutes and were not able to renew our registration. It was quick. Exactly what do the women do behind the counter? Why didn't she offer to renew my registration since I was paying by check? It wasn't busy. The women were talking and not helping anybody. I approached the counter and told the woman I was here to pay our registration and she directed me to the kiosk. Are these government workers? They should offer more assistance than direct us to the fee based kiosks. Otherwise it appears to me they're getting paid for doing nothing.
