The didn't provide any receipt or feedback on checking any other items. They said it would be emailed to me but I haven't received it even a day later (I've checked my spam folder). To make matters worse, a little oil leak has developed below this vehicle that has NEVER leaked oil previously. I'm sincerely hoping it was just leftover drips that they didn't wipe up, but I'll have to keep monitoring it. My recommendation: make an appointment at some reputable mechanic shop instead of going here. More headache than the time savings was worth.

They do show you your filter just so you're aware of how clean/dirty it is. All in all, great service by the team at Jiffy Lube. It's a good value and you can usually find a coupon online. Aside from that, the time you save compared to going to a dealership is great as well.

I typically use a Master mechanic (for my car brand) at another location but knowing that this location offers similar service makes this a great find. The front desk , Todd creates the atmosphere of trust/friendliness that makes customers want to return here. I hope management understand the GEM of a worker they have here. I found this place very credible, honest, knowledgeable, and fair on the issue and provided options to assure what I needed to fix will get address. As a result, I actually signed up for a Midas account and will recommend them to family and friends. With an appointment, they kept the time as best as they could. Besides brakes & suspension and struts, they also do minor things like Oil changes. Tires can be aligned and their alignment prices are similar to dealer discount prices. The location is right off the 15 freeway. There is free coffee while you wait. There are restaurants (Mexican ) fast-food taco bell, McDonalds, Jack in box nearby. The waiting area is spacious and very clean, not too hot or cold (but bring a jacket since it is breezy outside in morning). IMPROVEMENT for longer service time (staffing constraint): NO free shuttle service (even if the drive is less than 10mins).

I am so grateful that my family and I have found such a wonderful mechanic in our neighborhood. We took it to the dealership multiple times and spent thousands of dollars, yet they were never able to fix it. After doing some research on Advanced Auto, I suggested to my husband that we take the car there. Sure enough, they quickly found the issue and fixed it for us. More recently, I took my vehicle in to have the shocks replaced. I expected it to be very expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the quote was. They are honest and trustworthy. They don't recommend repairs that aren't needed, which is something I've felt other mechanics have done in the past. With Advanced Auto, that has never been the case. I take my car there regularly, and it's always ready the same day. I truly have nothing bad to say about them. They are kind, caring, and dependable.

I took it to Advanced Auto Care instead. They took the time to test drive the car with me so they could see how bad the alignment was for themselves. They were able to adjust the alignment and now my car drives straight down the road without me fighting the steering wheel. I have been to this shop a few times. They always take good care of my cars.
