As a result of the clog, our driveway was flooded and it came close to flooding our garage floors, Advantage sent to service guys the day after I called, and a separate truck with a huge pump and power spraying capability. They used the up to 8000psi pump to shot a powerful stream of water into both ends of the drain tile. It took about 45 minutes to unclog and clean the tile. They used all of their 400 gallon water tank and did a great job! About $600.

I attempted multiple times to handle a serious issue privately and professionally involving equipment stolen and seen using it on FB post etc. When I arrived with law enforcement to try and verify the equipment, the business owner refused to cooperate or allow the officer to view it, despite the situation potentially being resolved very quickly through simple transparency. As someone who depends on this equipment for work, the lack of concern and accountability was extremely disappointing. What was even more concerning to me was the company's continued support of an employee "with multiple and recent DV and theft charges" despite repeated issues and complaints surrounding his conduct. Instead of helping resolve the matter professionally, I was met with denial and resistance. I have documented conversations, screenshots, photos, and other evidence connected to this situation and will continue pursuing the proper channels. I believe businesses should operate with honesty, professionalism, and accountability, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

Communication was always clear and consistent. We were so impressed by Mark we decided to hire him to redo our driveway with crushed asphalt as well as put stone down in our barn. The crushed asphalt driveway is beautiful. The stone in the barn has been a Godsend. The original builder put some kind of junk sand in the barn that was incredibly dusty/dirty as well as anything that walked or drove on it sunk in 6" and filled the air with a heavy dust. The day Mark put the stone down the whole atmosphere of the barn changed. It is clean and clear inside, and it is easy to breathe. I'm so happy with the fix.
