We were scheduled for the end of the day, and with other jobs and traffic he didn't get here until about 5:45pm. I was a little concerned, but needn't have been. Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day. And even doing my best job at a wash and wax, I never brought out the shine and sparkle that he coaxed out of it. He is very responsive, very punctual, and even called a few days later to check that the terrible smell we had was dissipating (it wasn't yet), so he brought an oxidizer box for us - all included in the price.
