Update 3/15/15 - NOW Oasis Auto Spa! Regardless, this place if HORRIBLE. I don't know why I torture myself going here instead of washing my car myself. My vehicle was dirty IN THE MOST OBVIOUS of places (lower panel on the doors, the grill, the front bumper) when they presented it to me as 'ready'. I sat there and watched as they wiped the wheels and then proceeded to clean the inside of my dash and seats with the SAME rag. Grossly understaffed. No attention to detail. Employees do not care. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I will never visit here again after spending another hour once I got home to clean my truck myself like it should have been for the $27 I paid them. Updated 9/6/14, still slow as molasses, they wipe the windows with the same rag as they wiped the dash, not alot of attention to detail. Car sits in the sun till all the water dries before it's even touched by anyone. New name is Oasis. But hey, the employees are all real nice. And it is the Southside so I have to lower my expectations down here. read more

I brought my car here for a oil change pulled off to notice my car was shaking very bad pulled off from the car wash and car shaking and wouldn't go over 20 miles per hour brought my car back for the guy to tell me that I had a hole in my exhaust don't know how that happened never had a problem with my car talk to the manager and then she had to call the General Manager he was very rude and inconsiderate of my problem so I called the police to make a report then he wouldn't answer the phone he then told the manager to call the police on me and have me put out the shop for something that there employee did I want to give no stars but you have to at least give one read more

I've never had a problem here for anything and I think the people who dry and do the interior work very hard so bring cash to tip or use your card (not discover) and get cash back. Wash starts at 16.99 for interior and exterior. Just driving through to get outside clean is 5. Oil change gets you free wash. read more

I just paid $25 for a full service car wash at Oasis Auto Spa and I was throughly dissatisfied, my windows were not properly cleaned there was dirt around the door handles the bottom trim was dirty I will not be returning and I'll definitely not be recommending their services to anyone. read more

I had to change my review. I used to love coming here often but this place has now been bought out and I would never bring my car here. In the span of 1 week it went from clean, freindly and comfortable to dumpy and shady. You can't even see the prices anymore until you are driving into the carwash. This is no longer called Mr. Clean but I don't remember what the new name is. read more

I love to go to this place for washing and detailing my vehicle. The price is very reasonable and all staff are vert friendly. They provide nice cozy couch for waiting for my vehicle done. I always give them good tips for good job. only one minor issue is that I wish they could have a free carwash after visit certain time. I've been going to this Oasis location for over 10 year through 2 or 3 different owners. It has gone down with service, cleanliness, and being thorough! I went to the Oasis on Jonesboro Road yesterday. I paid $72 for full service oil change. I ask the service tech to full up my windshield fluid, he could not he just ran out! I ask the tech to check my tires, the sprout in the air hole was broken! Service tech did not check anything it was the worst experience I had at this location. They use to be very good, but now garbage! They just lost a family customers for over 10 years! read more

The worst customer sevice ever. Please spend your money somewhere else. General manager is rude and does not know how to deal with customers. Sat there waiting for more than 20 minutes for someone to greet me when I spoke to the manager I was told that she does not have to deal with me. When I called to get her name to make a complaint I was told to not call the number anymore or she will call the police. Worst experience ever.
