The vacuums are always working, and they have best suction of any car wast I use, to clean my carpet. I do like that they have clean drying rags available to dry my car off. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I will never visit here again after spending another hour once I got home to clean my truck myself like it should have been for the $27 I paid them. Updated 9/6/14, still slow as molasses, they wipe the windows with the same rag as they wiped the dash, not alot of attention to detail.
