I transferred from Columbia to Charleston and needed a chiropractor for my insurance case since I was in a car accident and needed care to get better. Although, they've helped me out, after my case ended in October, my attorneys office has reached out 3 times to get the final documents they need from this office and they will not send them. I've called myself and asked for them to be faxed over to my attorneys office and one of the girls at the front counter said "yeah I remember getting something from their office requesting information. Since we have conferences all week, will get to it as soon as we can." I asked "can you please send it this week? We need to settle my case and this is the only information they need to move forward." The girl replies back "We will try but I can't guarantee it since we have conferences." This made me EXTREMELY agitated because I'm trying to settle my car accident case and they have the documents I need to settle it...this has been going on since October and it is now February. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them to anyone for how unprofessional they have been with this process after my care. read more

Win a "free" consult on the radio, then get there and the first thing recommended is an X-ray for $100+, after doing a nerve scan that many honest chiropractors will tell you is sham or at best a very poor indicator of actual nerve problems. THEN, before you see a doctor, you are REQUIRED to sign a NON-REFUNDABLE contract for $2,000+++. At this point I walked out and did some homework. I "won" a free consult on public radio. I was asked to pay a $45.00 donation for the appointment which promised a free overview of any issues I may have. Touring the facility, I witnessed random devices that resembled torture. No thanks. I'll stick with yoga. Once there, they did a spinal scan and insisted I needed x-rays too. I agreed to the x-rays but then they wanted $100 for the x-rays and another $50 to give me results. I had minor pain from a boating incident but nothing serious. Don't waste your money. Stretch regularly and do yoga. If it's something serious, see a real doctor. read more

My wife and I have been going to Life Essentials for over three years. I heard about Life essentials on the radio with Doctor Class and heard I could get hep with my Neuropathy and lower back pain from Arthritis. Over time both conditions have improved greatly with no more back pain and with less and less numbness and pain in my lower legs and dizziness caused by Neuropathy.
