Just be compliant, don't be rude. They have treated me so far the same way I would treat them, and that says a lot in today's environment where customer service has gone down the drain. This is to make you use cash.However, Everytime I went its been a Saturday and there is a male rep who works the counter on the left,near the exchange window.Short and not that bright.He reasks for ID, which you have to show to get in the place.He colors the bills in dark light( not florescent light or well lite area).If bills were fake I doubt he'll know. He has problems with simple math.he needed a calculator for coin change differential and still almost shorted me and the second time did short me. Last, the weed is inconsistent and in one recent case.
