When I've done this in the past, I would get a text saying "we're ready for you, please proceed to the office." No text came, so when a few minutes passed, I walked in. Assumed I was signed in and I was still on time for my appt. Nothing. When I asked the woman behind the desk she says "I called at 8:33 and you weren't in the lobby." I said, "I checked in from my car. I got no text or phone call. Besides this, her attitude was not great and she didn't seem to understand why I was annoyed and frustrated. What's the point of being able to check in from your car if this is going to happen. Apparently, only checking in from the kiosk inside is the way to go.

I sprinted across the parking lot just in time. There was plenty of parking in the lot outside the building (It's in the Peter Angelos building on the fourth floor). I checked in at the in-office kiosk and waited to be called. A pleasant young lady at the desk, Danny, assisted me and was also the phlebotomist. The care quality that she displayed was excellent. All in all, I lowkey like this one better than the one across the parking lot!

I took a chance with the hope that this location would be empty and it was! Located in Angelos Medical Pavillon, which I may add is beautiful in the inside. LapCorp is locate in suite 420. The suite is smaller than others that I have frequented, but it was comfortable. As soon as I signed in I was seen by staff. The actual blood draw was quick and painless, staff were kind and funny. If I'm ever in a pinch and in the area, I would definitely return.

This place really saved me the first time because I had an appointment at Sameday Health to get a pre-departure PCR but they closed without prior notice so I was left scrambling for something else so I could get on my flight the next day. Thank goodness this came up! I was in and out within a couple minutes both times and the staff were efficient and friendly. There weren't many people in the clinic but I believe this is fairly new so I hope more customers come and they stay because it's also the closest and most convenient place to get a PCR near downtown and the inner harbor. I believe they also offer vaccines here too. Will definitely come back next time I need a PCR especially if it's urgent.

I had an 8am appointment and even…read moregot a reminder for it at 7am but when I showed up the doors were locked, the lights off, and nobody was there. I called the national customer service line and it was only then that they said the clinic was closed "due to an emergency". It wasn't until an hour after my appointment that I got an email saying it was canceled. I get it - stuff happens but the least you can do is notify your customers ahead of time. Very unprofessional and simply unacceptable.

I want to emphasize that it's frustrating to arrive at a location that is open for business but not staffed in a way that can serve patients in a timely manner. If a site is open, it should be appropriately equipped with staff to care for patients; otherwise, it should remain closed until staffing is adequate. I hope Labcorp will prioritize hiring so patients are not left waiting without assistance.
