The space itself is clean, cozy, and calming--exactly the kind of environment you want to be in during such a special moment in pregnancy. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were patient, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. They took their time explaining everything they were seeing and never made me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and understand how meaningful these moments are for expecting parents. The ultrasound experience itself was beyond what I expected. The images were clear, detailed, and beautifully done. They made sure to capture every special angle and really went above and beyond to make it a magical experience. It felt very personal and intimate, not clinical at all. They were also so accommodating and made sure everyone present felt included and excited. What stood out to me the most was how calm and reassuring they were. Pregnancy can come with a lot of emotions, and they created such a safe, loving space that allowed me to fully enjoy the moment and feel connected to my baby. I left feeling happy, emotional in the best way, and so grateful for the experience.

When I saw more than adequate availability…read morefor gender reveal ultrasounds, I booked an appointment online within their one listed stipulation of a "Monday through Thursday" time slot. I called ahead to ensure that this would be a free scan as promised when the $143 I paid for my original gender reveal ultrasound failed to identify my baby's gender. Surprise surprise - even though I booked one of 16(!!!) available appointments on a Monday and they literally already have time set aside for me on their schedule, the representative on the phone said no, I could not come in at my booked time for a free follow up scan and continued to offer me times that do not work for my schedule. (I am a mom of three, almost 4, so I am not available for all hours of every day. I was available to many other times Monday-Thursday when I called last week, but they would not book me for those times despite their all day availability shown on their website's schedule.) The representative told me they only reserve a few spots for follow up appointments and the rest are for paid appointments. My response to that is that it's their job to make it up to me if I DID already pay a heinous amount of money for a service that was not completed, and also that their promo text offering the free follow up scan stipulates a "Monday-Thursday" appointment, not "unless another pregnant lady already booked a follow up that week." To be frank, if they have 16-20+ appointments available for every day of the week on their calendar, I am clearly not at all getting in the way of them accommodating other paying customers they haven't ripped off yet. To management - do the right thing , the honest thing, and the courteous thing and honor your promise to provide pregnant mothers the services they paid for. Calling to ask today if I could be seen for my appointment time they had available and that I booked (within the listed Monday-Thursday parameters) should have been a no brainer for anyone with an inkling of care for quality customer service. I have many recently married friends just now starting their families who I would have enthusiastically recommended this place to, but sorry to say after this sheer lack of basic courtesy, I will no longer be returning for additional scans for this baby or future babies, nor will I suggest my many imminently pregnant friends go there. In fact, if any ask, I will transparently share they are not courteous, not ready to look out for the needs of pregnant mothers, and absolutely not worth the money. Save your money for people who will actually care.

I have unique circumstances with a doctor out of state, and they are always incredibly accommodating, including the ultrasound tech. Their level of care and professionalism set such a high standard that I mistakenly assumed all offices would be the same--but after visiting the Northridge location, I quickly realized they are not. That experience only reinforced how grateful I am for the kindness, consistency, and excellent service I receive in Van Nuys. I'll be booking here every time.

Laura Lee helped me confirm the building where I go in because she was outside walking in the building and I asked her where Renaissance Imaging is. She also checked me in for my imaging. She is very nice and helpful and patient. She's awesome! Sam was my imaging technician. He was so nice and made me feel at ease (since I was a little nervous, as it was my first time). He made me feel comfortable and explained what was going to happen step by step. Awesome guy! The place is clean and since I arrive earlier than my appointment they took me back early! :-) And they validate parking. (Yay, clap clap clap)! Thank you! I had a very good experience :-)

Both technicians were fantastic -- incredibly patient, kind, and professional. The second time around, our tech Julia went above and beyond, trying everything possible to get the baby to show off. The appointment was created because at 18 weeks, the ultrasound technician was unable to get clear pictures of my daughter. Returning for another visit, the same issue happened again. On top of that, from the very beginning we were treated with rude and dull remarks. I should have addressed it immediately, but I was hoping the attitude would improve -- unfortunately, it did not. The ultrasound technician had an unpleasant attitude throughout the appointment. During the ultrasound, she repeatedly jabbed my stomach and constantly asked me to roll side to side. From what I could see on the screen, she was getting clear pictures, so I was confused when the final photos I received were mostly blobs or unclear images. Out of the four photos provided, I only liked two. The front desk staff were also extremely rude. When I was checking out, I wanted to purchase a plush with my daughter's heartbeat, but another rude remark from the receptionist completely turned me off from continuing with the purchase. It also seemed very unprofessional that the receptionist and ultrasound technician left together and immediately called the store afterward. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand people can get tired or busy, but that is not an excuse to treat customers poorly -- especially in a customer service business. Whenever the doctor is present, we are normally greeted with smiles and positive energy, which makes this experience stand out even more negatively. I'm sad to say I will not be returning. I also brought a lot of business and referrals to this location, but after this experience I will no longer be recommending your services. Thank you for your service, but you have lost a loyal customer.
