On Wednesday, 5/1/2024, I was having extremely bad side pain. I stubbled into this ER, fell to the floor and crawled to the very young looking girl at the front desk and begged her to call the doctor. She looked at me with absolutely NO CONCERN and said I need your ID and insurance card. I immediately started to cry and I reached into my purse for my insurance information while telling her that I had been to them in the past I have insurance just please help me. She never called anyone, She slowly walked to copy my ID and insurance then walked back and began to type at her computer. Again I begged for help as I started to feel weak and was already in a full sweat. This girl again did NOTHING. At this point I asked for my credentials back and I left out, couldn't believe I crawled all the way to my car and no-one came out after me, This girl at the desk truly had no emotions and I could see her heartless eyes looking at me as I grabbed my ID and insurance. I drove to the memorial herman ER across the beltway, almost wrecking my vehicle. When I walked in that ER, they immediately helped me and SAVED MY LIFE. I would have died had I waited on the receptionist to confirm my benefits before getting me help. LIFE SAVERS??? Yeah right!!! I have given this establishment so much business being a mother of athletes, this WAS my go to place. I am so glad it was me and not one of my children that needed help and was treated like this. Knowing that quality of care for people and their lives don't matter. KNOWING NOW THAT They will let you DIE in their lobby waiting to confirm you have coverage is a NO FOR ME. Especially when my name was provided and it clearly showed I had been to them before. It's sad. Just stay away. Drive a little further and be treated like your life matters! Everyone was great! My treatment was great. I never felt worried or unheard. From the front desk to my nurse Ethan, to the doctor and the radiology tech. I would totally visit this location again! Came into ER and was seen right away. Ran all necessary tests to positively diagnose my condition without trying to "milk the insurance company". Dr. Bailey was professional and had an exceptional bedside manner. Only complaint was, because I was dehydrated, I was stuck 3 times as they tried to start an IV into my small rolling veins. If and when the need arises, I will definitely visit here again. read more

I had recently received a hysterectomy which was becoming infected. I opted to go to Lifesavers after speaking with my doctor and asking if I could go to a no wait ER. My doctor agreed and after speaking with the friendly staff explaining the situation and not wanting to go back to the hospital where I received substandard care, they admitted me. I was back in a room and saw the physician in less than 30 minutes. They did advise that I might have to be transferred to a hospital but after an IV and some antibiotics I was doing much better. They literally saved me from what would have probably been an 8 to 12 hour ER wait at a major "chain" hospital in the Houston area. read more

My husband brought me in due to having Covid like symptoms. The registration process was quick and easy to do on my mobile device. I was examined quickly and the doctor came in and did what they needed to do. I was treated and discharged with all my necessary documents in my folder. LEO Friendly. I was seen in the ER tonight. I was greeted by 2 receptionist which were helpful but the two nurses that were on shift tonight were extremely too playful and goofy. People come to the ER because they don't feel good, be mindful of that. The nurse could not find a vein after attempting in both arms and my hand. After the second arm, there should be another nurse available and they shouldn't have to contact the ambulance. This is my second visit to this ER but this will be my last. read more

I went in I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. Dr Bailey was nice and genuinely concern about what brought me in. Also the Dr didn't make me feel like it was a rush to see me and get me out, she also took the time to address my concerns and answered my questions. I went into the ER late night and I received exceptional treatment! It was fast, I was checked on frequently and results over testing were provided immediately once available. Really did have great staff, nurses and doctors. Also loved the attention and check in's from my doctor after my visit. read more

My husband went to this emergency room a few weeks ago for chest pains. He arrived at 8pm. After being seen and running multiple tests he was told nothing was wrong with him. They said all tests were normal. His pain was so bad he couldn't even hold a full conversation with me without gasping for air. After being there for 5 hours, I was told they weren't sure what was wrong. They ran a CT scan, x-ray, and all blood work. They claimed the results were all normal. The nurse on call was struggling explaining the test results! I was not convinced nothing was wrong with him. So I took him to a different ER for a second opinion, at this point it is now 1am. They ran all the same test. Immediately they noticed low oxygen levels and what looked like a minor heart attack. As soon as they ran a CT scan they notice he had an aortic Aneurysm and was life flighted immediately to memorial Herman medical center for emergency heart surgery. I am struggling to understand why didn't the first ER, Life Savers catch this?! My husband would've lost his life on the opinions of an incompetent ER that obviously didn't know what they were talking about. They didn't even flag the low oxygen levels. His levels were so low. They should've caught this! For them to also say they ran a CT scan and didn't see anything worth acknowledging. Obviously something was wrong if the second ER clearly saw a minor heart attack. This should've raised all types of red flags. I am very disappointed in this ER, for his situation to be as bad as it was, he sat in this ER for hours when this should've been dealt with immediately. Thank God someone else caught it and my husband was saved and still here today. I will NEVER go back to this ER and highly recommend they put people at this location that understand how to perform tests and communicate the results to the family besides brushing it off on another ER. read more
