    Love the outdoor lap pool
    Tomas R.

I am so happy to have changed Life Time locations and taking an extra ten minutes of a commute to make this my whole gym. This location is unlike any other including the fact there is ample parking available and it is so easy to get in and out of the parking lot (which is definitely a headache at other locations). There is a pretty friendly team at the front desk and once you walk-in you are in for such a treat. You'll notice immediately there is a barbershop/salon to your left and a full cafe with meals, coffee, smoothies, and protein heavy products. As you walk through you'll notice the working space which encourages you to bring your laptops etc. and not make excuses for working out. It's pretty refreshing tbh and it helps you take advantage of when you have some time between meetings but not necessarily to step away completely. This two story building features an indoor rock climbing space, pickelball courts, basketball courts, child daycare, and so much more. In the indoor pool area you'll see a sauna, hot tubs and indoor lap pools and water slides. This then leads into their outdoor pool and cabana area which is so big. Locker rooms is large and spacious and I appreciate the steam room which has lavender scents. When you head upstairs you'll notice a studio class space, stretch zone with massage chairs, free weights, machines, and a large cardio area. It's super easy to be here for a proper workout and take breaks throughout and enjoy the amenities. The price is well worth it and I can't recommend it enough.

I like cafe here, especially about the daily special smoothies and entries. Always enjoy it after the exercise.

If you want to cancel your membership, you HAVE to pay for an extra month. They require a 30 day notice for cancelations. Its so sleazy.

KPT is not for the faint at heart. Holy crap. I'm just back from there this morning. I started…read moreworking out with one of the trainers, Lauren (also a good friend of mine, full disclosure here) last July. So basically, you do extremely heavy weights extremely slowly. You totally max out your muscles until you quite literally can't do anymore. And then sometimes, you want to hurl. And often, extremely foul words fly out of my mouth while working out with her. Actually, this morning, as I was doing leg press I think I said "Dang. I sound like a dude" because I did. You know, the big burly dudes at the gym who grunt and sound weird. Me, this morning. I have seen pretty cool results from this. I do weights once a week with her. You heard me - once a week! And my muscles stay really nicely toned. Now, you have to eat right, and do some cardio too, this isn't a magic workout that suddenly gives you a perfect body, but especially if you're a female, building muscle mass is very important. This is a way to do that without spending hours at the gym, or even having a gym membership for that matter. But you also can't be a big wimp and quit. Gotta trust the trainers and push yourself. I lovehate it. But I keep going back so I guess the love wins. Oh and they will work you out for free the first time. So if you're just curious, you can try it out and see what you think. I know, I sound like an ad for this place, but I really think it's good stuff and I feel great about myself when I see that I'm doing more weight, or going longer on a certain machine. And I love that little muscle that runs from my shoulder down my arm that is all nicely defined now!

Amy has also helped with variations on my other workouts to get the maximum benefit and is always keeping up with "what's trending" in workout and nutrition. I highly recommend Amy at Kelly Personal Training, and having been around the facility for a good amount of time, feel all the trainers are top notch. It is a very personalized work out. Ginny V

From the very first consultation, we connected well and we've been going strong for over 5months. I have lost just shy of 30lbs and gained almost 8lbs of muscle mass at the same time. Lalo is really passionate about training people and it really rubs of you to keep you motivated and energized. His programs are well thought out and customized to your needs. He also does a very good job setting expectations, so you understand what to expect on your journey. Lastly for me, it's the conversations we have during our sessions, his selflessness to help even outside the shop and his attention to detail to prevent injuries that make him stand out among the rest. Highly recommend Coach Lalo for your Personal Training needs.

I've improved not only my strength, but also my balance, stamina, and eating habits. When I started working with Sondra I had just finished my 3rd round of chemo. I had had breast cancer and several years later, uterine cancer. My diet had gotten really out of whack and I had gained about thirty pounds. In addition, my balance was terrible and I fell all the time. I had spent so much time in bed that I had very little strength or stamina. Our first year together was hard and I didn't always look forward to training. But I liked Sondra and actually began to enjoy our workouts! At first, I wasn't used to being challenged that way and I had gotten lazy. But something in me wanted to get stronger and fitter. I wanted her to be proud of me. I missed some workouts, but I kept at it. Today I'm not the same person. I look forward to workouts, and because Sondra is so knowledgeable, she knows how to keep me engaged. Now I hate to miss a session! I've lost all the weight I'd put on and am so much stronger and fitter, with better endurance. Sometimes it's hard for me to believe. I like the way I look and feel and I can do so much more than I once could. I plan to keep training with her. I think Sondra is the best! I recommend her unreservedly.

What I found was a small, personal training gym that didn't try to fit me into a mold. The client base is genuinely diverse, from total beginners like I was to more advanced athletes, and the trainers meet everyone where they are. They took the time to understand my starting point, my goals, and built from there. The trainers push you past what you think you're capable of, which is the only way you actually see results. When life got chaotic and I needed to shuffle sessions around, they worked with me. When I had nutrition questions, they had real answers. And the accountability kept me showing up even on the days I really didn't want to. Shoutout to Nick, who is sending me home with a fully customized at-home plan as I transition out. That's not something you expect, and it means a lot. This isn't a $30 a month gym membership, and it shouldn't be. I used to joke that I could probably lease a BMW for what I spend here each month, but I'd rather invest in myself. Now that I'm in my 40s, keeping my body strong is the only thing I'll never regret spending money on. If we weren't relocating, I'd still be here. If you think you're too busy or don't think you can stay consistent, that's exactly why you should try this place.
