Mike's gym was producing large amounts of men and women for body building and fitness completions. Not to mention taking the over weight and out-a-shape regular folks like myself and making us ready for swimsuit season again. I became amazed that it was people of all ages and body types that walked thru the door and were just looking to improve themselves. I bought 12 / 1 hour sessions With one of the trainers and Mike made me personalized meal plan. After 3 weeks we took measurements and body fat %. I was excited that I was quickly moving in the right direction so I got a new meal plan and now I'm feeling better and my wife is checking me out more and more. I really can't speak highly enough about this place. The good attitude from his staff and the quality of the training greatly surpasses the price.

I really enjoy the fact that its smaller and you don't feel like you are working out with the masses of humanity. There are always a variety of machines and equipment available no matter what time I have gone in. The gym is always super clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what the gym offered. In fact, many of the ambassadors that I did spoke to over the phone has been informative and very friendly. They do not rush for you to sign up for a membership. In fact, you can sign up as member and do a trial seven day and cancel anytime. You can also become a member and cancel anytime with a 30 days notice. There are so many options, if plans change and need to remove members from your account or add. Group classes for various of times throughout the day and trained lifeguards for the pool areas. it appears to be safe within the facilities. This is a convenient day spa to unwind and relax. I joined about 4 months ago and for the most part I am pleased with many things except for the…read morefollowing: 1. The hygiene: many of the members do not wipe the equipment clean after using. In one example not only the half-used bottle of water was left behind on the treadmill, there were food crumbs on it. In another example an underwear was hung on the wall of a women's bathroom stall. Unfortunately despite repeated reporting to the manager/supervisor things are getting worse. 2. For almost $80 I pay for a locker, I am supposed to receive free laundry but practically I can't use this service because their laundry service destroyed one of my t-shirts and I was never compensated for it. 3. Their recovery room is closed for 1.5 hours (2:00-3:30) every business day which makes no sense. For the upscale club that this is supposed to be, the above issues should not exist.

I ended up with the Elite membership going twice per week and paid the additional class for quite some time... During this time I was going to PT for runners knee. After doing the rower, my runner's knee healed on its own! The coaches are great! They will ask if anyone had any injuries and help you adjust to any workouts. In 7 weeks I dropped two sizes! People around me saw the results and asked what I was doing... All I did was send them my referral link. ;) As long as you focus on yourself and goals ... it's not so bad! It can be intimidating at first and a lot to learn all the verbiage and the structure of the class. Just show up and keep going. All the coaches are great here! Don't feel bad for going at your own pace! I don't. ;) Love the perks of a membership! You can go to ANY location with no extra fees! There's only a few that will charge extra.

I've been a member for 7 years and have always arrived early to get a corner on the tread. My…read morehusband and I were the first ones(besides staff) at the studio. Once they unlocked the door to come in Kylie said we couldn't get the corner tread because she had already signed someone else on the tread. I proceeded to tell her that we were here first and she said that Rachel likes that tread and has to start there because she's claustrophobic. I told her well there's three other spots she can start on a corner. Kylie just said oh well, where would you like to start? I'm a big believer. Get there early if you want a certain spot. The staff shouldn't be saving a tread for anyone. Coach Julie is an amazing coach!
