My husband put in an online request for State Farm representative to give us a call for a quote. We got lucky that Kelly Holmes got our inquiry. Kelly who immediately made us feel comfortable and valued, took his time to understand our needs and concerns for rate increases across the State of FL. At the time of our 1st conversation, the quote did not look like it was going to be cheaper, but Kelly spoke on the phone with me for about 20 minutes without making me feel rushed or feeling like it was a waste of his time. Actually, it was the opposite, he apologized that State Farm could not win our business and said that he would send us a thank you e-mail with current quote just in case. We then decided to give Kelly another chance by seeing if he is able to bundle auto and home insurance for better pricing. The reason for this review is because our current auto insurance agent has had our business for the last 7 years and always made us feel like we were a bother when we asked any questions. Kelly however, who was a representative on the phone, who we had never met, made us feel like we have known him for years. He empathized with us, reiterated the importance of having a solid coverage as well as provided valuable advice. We ultimately decided to switch insurance agents. We couldn't be happier to be back with State Farm, as we used to have them for years before switching. Thanks Kelly and the rest of the Beahn's team for providing fantastic customer service to us! They pull from your account with no notice, and claimed I had non payment for 2 months! Then went quickly to a collection agency to collect! They were supposed to end my policy in December 24' but claimed main Allstate office re-instated it, thus trying to bill me again! So here I go calling in again! The agent working the phone( Justin Parker) is a weasel that does the opposite he is supposed to do as soon as you get off the phone with him! This agency is trash, and you will be in constant regret if you get involved with them!

Wish I could give 0 stars! Imagine calling up and making major changes to your policy, those…read morechanges being recorded and left in your notes. You have a long history working with this office/company so you put your payments on auto-pay trusting everything has been revised and updated. How upset would you be to check your bill only a couple months shy of a year later and realize they never made any changes to your bill. That's reality for me right now! I'm beyond upset with this office. I'm actually canceling all my previous and pending policies immediately. I can understand mistakes being made, it's the inability to give me credit or any kind of compensation for charging me so much extra money this whole time after ADMITTING The Mistake is their fault. Totally unacceptable. State Farm is typically a fine company, but I strongly urge you to go through a different office.
