So, I toured a lot of schools in the area and LifeBridge Preschool was my top choice among all the places I went to for many different reasons.

NOTE: the increase to fees started yearly prior to COVID, and benefits of a tuition free week was no longer available post COVID but prices continue to increase. The facilities are always so tidy, there's always someone to greet you warmly at the door, and Tobi and Katie along with the teachers are so communicative about everything related to your child! My kids have always come home singing songs and learning so much - by the time my oldest started Kindergarten they were already reading, writing, and way ahead of their peers - and it's all thanks to KCC. Sad to leave as our youngest moves upward and onward, but truly a gem in local childcare. We'll miss you!

We had a wonderful experience and the staff was very welcoming, caring, and honest - you see, our son at the time had yet to be diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). We were aware of his challenges, but didn't know what was causing them or how to help him. It was often an embarrassing and frustrating thing to experience as parents. However, the team at KidVentures, as well as the owner, guided us and supported us in our initial journey to have him evaluated - even though they didn't have to. Although he wasn't a good fit at the time for their program, I am indebted to their care and acceptance of him (and us). Because of those initial conversations around his development/challenges, we had him evaluated and eventually diagnosed. We identified him early and began those early ASD interventions and now he's 8 and thriving! Flash forward to July 2024: we have moved back to SD after a few years in Texas to be closer to family during Covid...and now our daughter, 3 years old, was ready for summer camp before school starts in the fall. I remembered how much we enjoyed KidVentures and reached out. Unfortunately their Liberty Station location was full, but it was great that this location had an opening for her! Yet again, we were warmly welcomed (the owner even remembered us!) and our daughter is thriving here during camp. We know she's in a fun and safe environment during the day where she gets to socialize, play, and engage in fun activities. Thank you KidVentures Preschool for always being a safe haven for us as a family. Your staff is just wonderful!

His teacher has mentioned multiple times that he is very far ahead of his peers academically. I credit that to Primrose's Kindergarten program. The kindergarten teacher cared about every child succeeding, and the curriculum was wonderful! It even included things like cooking activities, STEM projects, and learning to play chess! I was a little concerned about the transition this year to a larger school after being at Primrose for 2 years, but my son has thrived. Graduating kindergarten from Primrose 4S Ranch allowed him an extra year to mature, have a smaller class size for better individualized instruction time, and build social skills in a comfortable environment. We also really appreciated Primrose 4S Ranch's efforts to include families through events and activities at the school, as well as frequent communication through the parent app.

I am so happy we made the choice to keep her at the school as the small class size, individual attention and focused curriculum was such a wonderful fit for her. I felt like she grew a lot, learned so much and was able to really get prepared for a larger school with the fundamentals in math and reading. She even learned chess (and loves it) The kids had lessons in programming too. It was really a great experience and I would recommend it for families considering their options for kindergarten especially since they wouldn't need to worry about getting into ESS like at the local elementary schools. Our son has now also been at Primrose now since he was 5 months old. We loved the care of all the teachers in helping him grow and develop. He has learned so much and he is so loved and cared for. -------------------------------------------- My daughter has been attending Primrose for the last 3 years now and we love love love the school. The teachers and staff take the upmost care in educating and helping the children there grow. My daughter has learned so so much (she is currently in preschool) and comes home every day with lots of new facts, letters she is learning, etc. The school also focuses on learning about other cultures/holidays which we really appreciate as she gets a lot of exposure to new things. The school really creates a community environment, where there are parties and events so parents from different classes can meet each other and socialize with the teachers and staff as well. Primrose really feels like my daughter's home away from home. My daughter is eligible for Pre-K at the local elementary school next year and I decided to keep her at Primrose because we love it so much. Their hours are more conducive for our family (PUSD pre-K after school care isn't guaranteed and impacted at most schools) and they provide meals! My daughter always gets so excited about the varied menu, and comes home asking for me to make our family some of the things she has tried at school. Before Primrose, my daughter attended an at home daycare before attending Primrose and it was not a great fit, I had been really discouraged that I would find something that worked for our family and I am so lucky we have found Primrose. My daughter is treated like a person, not a number, they have worked on so many social skills with her that I know we would not have received at another facility. Thank you Primrose for the care and attention you pay to your students!

We never thought we'd be writing this review…read more We were the kind of CMP parents who showed up, got involved, and truly believed in the school. We helped advocate for the return of their kindergarten program and loved sharing how magical it felt -- the chickens, the nature-based learning, and the emotional intelligence philosophy. For a while, it really was everything we wanted. But then something changed. When a serious safety concern arose, we found ourselves feeling that the school's response didn't match the seriousness of what we shared. We felt like the focus shifted more toward minimizing the situation and maintaining appearances, rather than directly addressing the concern or making sure our child was fully supported and safe. We left feeling unheard and unsure that the school was willing to prioritize our child's well-being over maintaining a perfect image. We had expected collaboration and care. Instead, we felt isolated, with no clear communication or plan of action to address what happened. We're not sharing this out of anger or bitterness -- we're sharing it because we believe parents deserve to know how it felt when things didn't align with the promises we once believed in. CMP may look wonderful on the outside. And for many, it may be. But we learned the hard way that the true test of a school's values is how they respond when something goes wrong. If you're considering this school, ask them the hard questions. Make sure you're fully comfortable with the answers -- and that they align with how you expect your child to be cared for and protected. We wish we had been given that chance.

Every child and family have different needs and it was important that we found teachers and an administration that was willing to partner with us to address any concerns and proactively work together to find solutions. We have been very impressed with the leadership, admin and teachers' transparency, accountability and communication. So many schools can feel like a corporate profit driven endeavor and we have observed that Lifetime cares deeply about children development and curating their interests. A simple example is that we asked that our child be allowed to observe the classroom Montessori 'work' session in action before making a decision to enroll her formally (this would be the first time our child would observe a Montessori class in person). The school year had already started and the Director, Kristin, asked that we hold off until the second or third week of school so that she could support the teachers to protect the integrity of what they were trying to establish in the new classroom on the first week of school without creating a distraction. She could have easily agreed to allow us to observe sooner so we could enroll earlier (other schools did), etc... it's through small actions and decisions that we felt comfortable placing our child there with a team of educators and admin that truly put the children's wellbeing and needs first. They also have set up a system of room parents that are very helpful to guide fellow parents with onboarding, external play dates and organizing events. There is no perfect childcare or school, but at the end of the day, we chose Lifetime because we are confident that the whole team works together to communicate openly and will partner together to honor what's best for our child. It's also a great sign when the teachers choose to coteach together for multiple years, clearly, they are enjoying it :). Thanks to the whole team for putting in their efforts to create a space for children to explore, learn and play!

Ms. Angela, the social-emotional support specialist is especially incompetent at her job. My advice is to never share with her any difficulty your child is going through because she will use it to define your child for the rest of their time at Dot to Dot, even after the difficulty has long been overcome. They claim to work with parents but the truth is that they are deaf to what parents have to say and just want a one way communication. Not reporting cases 3. Unprofessional teacher/staff 4. Dismissing child's concern 5. Lack of activity in the classroom This review is purely for my youngest son who was there for six months but was left him completely traumatised. One of the child in the classroom was throwing toys / items at my son and it impacted him a lot. Cases were not being reported and when asked, teacher said the other child is still learning to process his emotions more efficiently. No steps were taken to make sure my child is safe. Incidents happened multiple times and none were reported. Sometimes it was paint, sometimes toys, etc. My son was scared to go to school. Every other day there used to be new staff in the classroom and none were aware of this situation and they let the other child be next to him. He was impacted emotionally & psychologically. I strongly feel teacher was unqualified, unskilled, unprofessional, lazy & uncaring. The staff was not helpful in spite of raising concerns about teacher. There were barely any activities happening in the classroom. During drop off i had witnessed teacher eating kids snacks that was supposed to be served to kids later that day. My son used to hysterically cry during drop off and during pick up he was still crying. Every staff member told me he will be fine in few. I am glad that one day after dropping him off i waited in car a little longer to go check on him and see if any of the staff members helped calm him down but they did nothing. I just went in and picked up my son and walked away. None of the staff members/ owner reached out to follow up. This truly speaks volumes about the school. Be wise and make a better choice. Somethings are too good to be true. I am happy with my decision & grateful for his new positive experience.
