He offered to provide an online quote using satellite imagery, which is extremely convenient, but I'm old school and prefer in person conversations. He was happy to oblige and was communicative and punctual. He explained the entire process and provided different recommendations and suggestions. He brought samples of the fencing for me to see and feel and his prices are fair. I called various people and Tim was there right away. Some companies said they were weeks out. Others did not show. The best part of Tim coming out was he was very knowledgeable on the design of the fence and what possible pitfalls we may have run into without his expertise. He stuck around a while until my wife came over to the house. We had some ideas, but didn't know where to start. He talked about the pros and cons of each of the various things and even did a mock up of the fence to show us how it would look in various places. We also picked a different color for the fence we didn't even originally think of. I told Tim that me and my wife would think about it. He ended up leaving and I spoke with my wife and I called him back within ten mins to move forward with it. My wife was impressed. It was a Saturday and although he had to order the stuff he started the design, marking, and drilling that day. I continued moving stuff while he went to work. He came back on Monday and finished installing the fence while I was busy moving and selling another house. He did an excellent job on the fence and we couldn't be happier.
