The net is under a 5 year warranty but getting someone out to replace anything broken is impossible. They're very quick to take your money but won't come back to do any repairs! We love our katchakid net! We recently bought a house in Poway, CA with a pool and have 4 small children who don't know how to swim yet. It's great knowing that as long the net is on our pool properly we won't have any fatal accidents. I love that it's not an eye sore to look at in our backyard either. I didn't like the idea of a pool cover because you can't see the pool underneath it at all. A fence would have made our already small backyard feel even smaller. I originally called for a pool fence. Once here Dave discovered that the pool was already set up with the Katchakid pool netting. Dave spent 2 DAYS, yes that's right, 2 DAYS at my house! He came twice to help me learn how to use the net properly and ensure my kids are safe. If that wasn't enough, Dave drove to the Anaheim headquarters and picked up the 2 tools needed to make sure the net was tight and would do what it you was supposed to. Dave doesn't do his job for a paycheck, Dave does it because he's on a mission to make pools safer for kids. I've never had a vender care so much and take so much time to help me. Great service. My wife and I have a 10 month old boy and he is crawling around like crazy. We definitely needed some sort of protection for our pool. A friend recommended Katch-A-Kid to us. We called and Maggie took care of us. We originally wanted a removable fence but our pool is surrounded by pavers and the fence would not work because the pavers weren't mortared in. Our next option was the net. We had the net installed a couple weeks later and we love it. The net gives us more piece of mind considering there is absolutely no way our little one could get through it. Removing and re-attaching the net is easy and only takes about 5 minutes. Katchakid installed a safety net on our koi pond years ago. It worked great and looked great. More recently we decided to install a fountain in the center of our pond. As a result the net would not work and it was temporarily rendered useless. Thats when I called Katchakid back looking for a fix.
