WARNING! DO NOT USE! The installer seriously damaged the brickwork and surrounding concrete around my spa by overtightening the anchors and netting. This has potentially caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to my spa. The response from the business shows exactly what I'm talking about. If the installer noticed something wrong, they should have stopped immediately, not have continued to tear at the cement until it broke free and caused significant cracking and destruction to the structure. I never agreed to allow an installer to tear my spa apart. They are the expert installers, not me, and they should absolutely know when their product is damaging property. This occurred after they did a so-called "stress test" and assured us that everything would be fine. When we attempted to discuss the damages and repair with them, their response was, "Oh well, that is not our fault, you took that risk by hiring us." This is negligence by the installer in the company, pure and simple! Their callous response to this situation, which they caused, is mind-boggling outrageous. Do not trust anything this company tells you, especially the sales staff, which will say anything to make a sale. Also, they clearly have no concept or idea of what they are doing because this was a straightforward install that could've been handled without destroying the concrete and brick work around my spa. Zero stars and I hope somebody heeds this warning and avoids dealing with this company and their shady business practices! and avoid this company at all costs! read more

These folks back their work 100 %. I was totally satisfied with the initial installation. I love the color we chose it looks beautiful. I live by the beach the fence has held up very well. We have a very large awkward pool in our backyard. We have wanted to fence it in for a long time because of our animals and the neighborhood kids. I'll safe Pool came out went over everything with me was very thorough. Explain the difference between a 4 foot and a 5 foot fence and the difference in the cost. There's not a huge difference. I went with a 5 foot. we only had the one gate put in because the cost for the extra gate is $500. It looks nice. They fit me in three days later fence went up in one afternoon. The fence installer went over everything at least twice with me very very thorough and had some great ideas that I hadn't thought of.I would definitely use this company again read more

I am so pleased with my new fence and with my service. Dave was phenomenal; had some great tips and advice! We discussed moving the gate to make it work better for my family, he took plenty of time to explain all the parts of the fence and how it worked. He worked quickly and cleaned up perfectly after he was done. He clearly cared about doing it the right way and taking care of my pool deck and my family's safety. If you're in OC, ask for Dave. It did take a while to get my quote and my appointment for them to come, but I think that's on me because it's summer and busy season. But, totally worth the wait. We are several months in after our fence installation and very satisfied .After getting several quotes glad we decided to go with this company. Putting in a pool fence means holes will be drilled in your concrete so it's important to find people who know what they're doing. This company was the only one that came in person for the quote, which I believe says a lot. They are also the most established company in the area. The sales rep is knowledgeable and also has been in the industry for a long time. The rep and the installer were both patient in answering questions and did a flawless job. Pricing was fair. We reached out to all safe two years ago to get a pool net. They put us in contact with a local installer and we bought the net and had it installed. The installer did not properly install the net and now two years later it's falling apart. The installer is unresponsive and won't return our calls or emails. All-safe told us we could mail them the net (which we can't do because it would leave our pool unsafe and we have 4 small kids) or fix the net ourselves (we aren't trained on pool nets and don't feel comfortable trying to fix something that our children's safety depends on). All-safe is refusing to fix the net or send out a different installer to fix the net. So much for a warranty. So dissapointed. Now we're left with no option but to sue, which we plan to do because we don't want them taking advantage of others in this way. Just fix the dang net guys, every day that goes by us a safe our 4 girls have an unsafe environment. read more

All Safe is great at salesmanship and pitching the product, but once you sign the contract you are on your own. How would you like it if they put your fence in front of a sprinkler? How would you like it if their workers left their trash in your backyard? The fence in front of a sprinkler is our biggest issue. They took no responsibility and said we signed off on their layout like that. We're not fence professionals, we expected the layout they presented to be correct. We escalated the issue and got zero response. They got paid, left it like that, and forgot about customer satisfaction and, most importantly, doing a good job. One of the poles they put is tipping, they're not fixing it even tho they claim lifetime warranty. We went with them even though they were the most expensive bid, because we expected a job well done. Do not recommend. read more

These are the only guys ya need to call if you are looking for a pool safety fence!! From first meeting too completion of job, it went SO SMOOTH!! After going back and forth on installing a pool cover or a pool net, we ultimately decided to go with the net which was significantly cheaper than installing and maintaining a cover. I had contacted All Safe Pools and they were out promptly and provided a very reasonable estimate that came out to about $1200. (Compared to $8000-$10000 for a cover). We set up a date and the net was installed. So far, I'm very happy with the result. It is actually less cumbersome than I initially thought in regards to removing and covering, but still takes some getting used to. read more

When they got there they moved the old hot tub onto the grass and placed the new hot tub but said it would be $1100 to remove it because it was too heavy. It is the same size tub as the one being delivered and the seller knew exactly which hot tub we had. They did not honor the contract agreement and I still have my old hot tub killing my grass. They refused to remove it for the agreed amount.

After trying to problem solve this over the phone, the cashier told me that he wouldn't be able to help me after all. So, after wasted gas and time, I just called back the next week and Spoke with the manager, Nicole. She was professional and very helpful in resolving this matter. She was able to honor the original price advertised online and apply my rewards $. Good thing I had saved a screen shot of the online order summary with the breakdown of discounts and promo amount. Location is right on the corner of Del Mar and Fair Oaks. Plenty of metered parking out front and there's a dedicated space right next to it for visitors. Service is super friendly and they have hot tub supplies on site in case you need them. Bought one of their models back in 2018 and the purchase and delivery was super smooth. The whole process took about two weeks. Since then, the only maintenance I've had to do is change out the filters. Definitely recommend if you want to get your hot tub on!

The second time he showed up I spoke with him, he had very poor communication skills and got worked up. He clearly had not looked at the hot tub as he tried dismantling my deck as opposed to simply lifting a deck access gate. He began to make me feel completely uncomfortable so I asked him to leave. The customer service at Lifestyle Outdoors really wasn't bothered and rescheduled for 2-weeks out with another technician. I asked if there was anything they could do to have it serviced sooner and they said no. I explained I would leave a yelp review for this and the customer service rep told me that was fine. So this is for extremely poor customer service.
