When I called to cancel & reschedule my appointment for the next day I was told it was not a problem. However, after my treatment the next day I was charged for that treatment pius an additional treatment for the appointment I had canceled. I was completely taken back by the request & paid it, but I was extremely annoyed by this because I was never made aware of the cancellation policy & I was not a patient who canceled appointments regularly. As a business owner I understand that time is money, but I also understand that unforeseen circumstances come up & that sometimes clients need to cancel appointments. When my clients cancel I make them aware of my cancellation policy & if they continue to cancel appointments last minute I then charge them. I believe that this is a very bad business practice & is not conducive to keeping long term happy customers. I sure was not. I have not returned to Greenwich Colon Hydrotherapy since then & I do not plan on returning in the future.

They do take insurance and if you do need to pay. They do take cash and credit cards. The parking is kind of weird. There is a parking lot behind the building but I assume you park in the visitors section and not the numbered parking spots. Or try to find street parking. The place is CLEAN which can go without saying, but is absolutely the bare minimum of what is needed from a place collecting our most unmentionables (I can't help myself). A very friendly attendant/nurse? helps you to your room, and are standing before the Poop Collector, a massive system that's gonna fill you up so you can empty out (I can't stop laughing). Anyhoo, she explained that I'd be flying this poop mobile solo, which, EVERYONE wants to do...do. She talked through that first push and I was so happy to see her leave the room. For the next 30-45 minutes I experienced what can only be described as a trip through my dietary history, where with every push out I recalled all the horrible things I'd eaten to land me on this throne. Not gonna lie, after you get past the butt plug, water guts, and pool of your own soup that your butt is sitting in, it's a really good feeling. She comes back to explain that you gonna pop off the probe and then release them innards until you feel empty, the rinse off with a hose (that if you aren't careful can wet up the whole room) before baby wiping and getting dressed. She was detailed in the process and was speedy in sending me a confirmation email and list on what to expect and how to prepare for my colon hydrotherapy. Upon arriving the location was safe and accessible with private parking. Estrella immediately checked my temperature and this establishment requires masks which I loved, ensuring everyone's safety. The next step was going to the massage room where I filled out an intake form about past medical history/ bowel movement history. Estrella really takes time to listen to her clients and learn about their history. I loved how caring, knowledgeable, and easy she is to be speak to. She makes this experience calming and not awkward. She has you watch a brief video on what's going to happen and how your whole digestive/colon works.
