She was causing me pain and I kept telling her to go softer and slower, as I couldn't relax and would stiffen up my body since she was hurting me. She even forgot to do some areas. I tipped her anyway because of the time she spent on me, but certainly didn't deserve it. the whole thing was a waste of time and money. I had tried many remedies, but nothing was really curing it. I was recommended to Jonny by a friend, and felt relief right away with this reflexology, and it was totally gone in a few weeks. It has not come back at all! This authentic Chinese reflexology is meaningful massage and the focus areas that need treatment are tender and uncomfortable as they are being treated, but the pain is worth every gain! The discomfort is over as soon as the massage stops on that point and you can tell at each treatment it is less and less uncomfortable, until finally there is no pain in that point at all. It's incredible! Recently, I had experienced sciatic pain up and down the backs of both legs. With the COVID lockdown I had not seen Jonny for several months. The pain was affecting my sleep, making it uncomfortable to roll over and it was also painful to go up/down the stairs or pick up larger objects. It made my exercising more painful too. Through my feet, Jonny saw that the problem likely stemmed from the urinary system: the bladder, ureter and kidneys. Perhaps there was a small low grade infection with inflammation creating this pressure on the sciatic nerves. Using the traditional Chinese pressure methods of reflexology, and some cupping as well, I felt the improvement that first night and slept really well! Woke the next day with great energy and the stairs were much easier to manage! We are still meeting and the pain has receded to a twinge every now and then. I'm 62 years old and prefer not to take medications if I can avoid them, so I really feel that Jonny's work has helped me stay in optimal good health!

I started seeing Irina at a time when I was finally ready to work through some of the emotional baggage I'd been carrying from a very difficult experience in my life a few years prior. Straight away I sensed that Irina's work would be deeply supportive of this process. In our first session, she shared that my mantra should be "release, relax, let go." Simple in principle; not always easy in practice! But I can say that after five reflexology sessions I am SO much lighter and more confident than I was when I started. You could actually see the internal changes taking place week on week-- they showed up dramatically in my face and the way i carried myself. I feel so incredibly grateful to Irina for this. (Oh, and I should also add to all this: it feels AH-mazing!). Irina is a treasure. She is clearly so experienced and gifted, and I place so much value in her wise and empowering guidance.
