What a bunch of dummies! Got to go find Rhonda, she'll know what to do with them.

I think this is my 3rd or 4th class with Rhonda, 1st class virtual. I really enjoy these First Aid/CPR classes. Rhonda is very informative, knowledgeable, and engaging. She makes learning fun so you have a better chance of retaining the knowledge. I used to hate taking these classes for work because the instructors were boring, egotistic, and in my opinion, unqualified. I never really paid much attention to them and only did enough to pass the test at the end. So glad that my work found Rhonda. She really makes a huge difference.

I'm not sure what the usual format of CPR training is, but I highly recommend Chris Peters as a trainer.

I regret wasting my time and money on Safety Training Seminars, and don't waste your time here!…read moreTheir slick website advertised a full AHA Heartsaver CPR & First Aid course, complete with same-day eCards, student discounts, and a Low Price Guarantee--but this turned out to be false advertising. As a college student, I believed I was registering and paying for the AHA-certified course. I completed the online modules and in-person skills test only to discover I'd been actually switched and enrolled in a generic "STS CPR & First-Aid" class--not the promised AHA Heartsaver course. Then came the gut punch: they wanted an extra $40 for the exact AHA certification I thought I'd already purchased. It felt like a textbook bait-and-switch. What's worse, their checkout process did not clearly communicate there would be a hidden add-on. Everything suggested the full AHA package was included. Their deceptive tactics ruined what should have been a simple and transparent process. The lack of transparency is downright unfair and unprofessional. That said, I must give credit where it's due: their team refunded my initial payment, and Danielle from customer service was at least pleasant and responsive. But being nice doesn't excuse their misleading practices. If I'm going to trust a CPR training center, I expect honesty--especially when it's advertised so prominently on their site. If you need the legitimate AHA Heartsaver CPR & First Aid certification, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF and go ANYWHERE else. Safety Training Seminars' misleading marketing and hidden fees cost me both time and peace of mind. I can't imagine recommending them to anyone

The staff is also very easy to reach and a pleasure to work with, and they often check up on me if I haven't reached out in a while. It is easy to get extra help, when necessary, and the timesheet process could not be easier. With so many other aspects of my son's OT needs being laborious to traverse and taking up so much of my time with administration, I truly appreciate that this is literally the most hassle-free service with an incalculable benefit to me, my son, and the rest of the family.

The doctor tell the patients needs assistance but the pacific homecare service staff sitting in the office will determine that tye patient dont need hours. They will be cutting your care. The type of care is given is only 1/5 service. Very poor care.
