The facility itself is immaculate--spotlessly clean, well-maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. It truly feels like a place focused on healing and dignity. What impressed me the most was the incredible staff. From the nurses, CNAs, therapists, therapy assistants, physicians, case managers, reception staff, dietary team, housekeeping, and every other employee we encountered, each person went above and beyond. My mom lives in Stockton and I live in LA. The day that I brought her from the hospital to the nursing facility, I had to head back to LA. It was a relief to feel that she was in good hands. I returned 2 days later and she had improved greatly! The therapist were knowledgable in her individual case and created a routine for her specific needs She soon began sitting outside her room in what came to be known as her "office". Everyone knew her by name! The entire staff were so friendly, kind, professional, and truly CARED about my mom. This really is a SKILLED Nursing Facility!
