I'm the one that called the owner first to give him a chance to do the right thing. He says I'm being petty, but I don't like it when someone tries to take advantage of me, as I'm sure no one does. Here is the section of their proposal that discusses what is included. Read it and you decide. If no one from the company verbally tells you that there will be a second proposal, would you think something else is needed after reading the following? "Our pricing, unless otherwise noted, includes all labor charges and installation fees. Most of our equipment is priced at or below MSRP but the price you see includes everything needed to install it, thus we call it "installed price." If you need to have the proposal separated we can provide that, but through our experience most clients find installed price easier to understand. I have literally never written a bad review about any company before but feel it is absolutely necessary to warn people of this company's dishonest tactics to scam their customers. I hired Repinstech through thumbtack to diagnose an issue where my washing machine's drum was not balanced and made a lot of noise due to vibration on spin mode. The tech that came out quickly looked at the washing machine and told me three parts with the motor needed to be replaced. I wasn't even sure how he diagnosed that with how quickly he looked at the appliance. Total cost of the repairs was about $500. Luckily I hired another company to give me a second opinion. This tech for this other company opened up the front panel of the washing machine and showed me the real problem, one of the struts holding up the drum was broken in half. This was clearly the issue and made sense. He also showed me the motor and showed me it was in perfect working condition. Had I spent $500 to replace those parts, not only would I have replaced something that wasn't broken, I would still have had the broken strut and would have been asked to spend more money. This was clearly an attempt to scam me by Repinstech. The worst part is that before jumping to conclusions, I opened a resolution case through thumbtack to try and address the issue directly with Marc Tollison. His responses were all lies about what happened and he refused to right the situation by providing a refund for a complete misdiagnosis. He made zero attempts to right a really terrible situation. Repinstech is clearly out to scam anyone who hires them. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!

"We are still working to find you something else, but please do not go back to career source. We will call you again tomorrow to discuss all possible assignments" when I texted him saying that I don't mind staying at career source" instead of texting me back, he created a group chat with the other supervisor saying that. I did one day with work; they didn't care if I had rent to pay, the next day, they called saying they found a new post for me, and I went to the office to pick up my uniform for the new post and the location to my new post, they only trained me for two days the General Manager name Ricardo Acosta called me at 6:33 pm saying that the owner of the new location doesn't like me so he's going to move me to a new post and I was doing my job right but just because the owner doesn't like me I lots the new post, I just find it crazy because I spoke the owner twice and for a reason, she does like me, I never knew basic on like someone can get fired # this company is discriminated against my race they care more about who they have business with then the employee they hired and when they have no employees to do the work how they are going to keeps they are going to run out of business running.
