What a ghetto!! The table did not even have a proper cloth on it, they had no sheet or blanket to cover, instead they use a fine disposable fabric, and the room was terrible. I will not go back there, they are charging almost the same or probably $10.00 less than a professional place/person with proper atmosphere and service. The environment really set tone for a relaxing experience. Initially I was concerned that I would not be able to find the location because there was so much emphasis placed on finding the studio. In my opinion it really isn't that difficult. That said, it was nice that the staff are diligent about helping patrons navigate. I would definitely recommend.

I felt like a new me! She has a true talent with her ability to listen and understand what you need. She's so sweet and has an amazing personality, but when she gets down to business, you better watch out because it's no joke. Her strength still amazes me to this day. Isabel genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to be as healthy and comfortable as possible, she doesn't try to sell every package she has, she gives you what you need. It's hard to trust someone that's going to essentially help heal you, but she has such a positive comfortable space, you can't help but feel comfortable and trust that she knows what she's doing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she immediately told me of how she would need to alter the cut for my face shape, hair texture and lifestyle (leaving a bit longer length for a quick ponytail should I need it). I was never pushed to buy any products or services, instead I was told very fair compromises (I have a few grey hairs, if I wanted to cover them the TZone offering would be best for me, but only if I was conscious about my colour). What was wonderful too, as I entered and left, all staff (even if busy with other clients) said Hello and Goodbye. -0.5 a point is because the text service is a tad faulty, saying that my appointment had been changed to 2pm, but my appointment was actually for 2pm. Other than that, very happy to return here again! Salon is bright and clean and well kept, and they do offer a private room for customers who wear a hijab
