Sophia didn't really analyze my skin like aestheticians often do when it's your first time seeing them. She told me the neck and chest are not included with my ($230) facial so I agreed to pay more money to extend to those areas. She then rushed through the entire facial as she had another client waiting at 11:45 promptly. Why offer me more services for an additional $95 if you're not going to execute the full facial to optimize my results?! Very confusing. I left her a $40 tip because I'm not an a$$hole but I would not go back to this person for this service. After I put my contacts back in I was very unimpressed with my results. She hardly even did extractions. Perhaps they should not book clients back to back and make their clients feel rushed. Another side note is that they offered me a glass of Prosecco and then charged me for it lol paying over $450 for services and not even receiving a complimentary glass of champs is wild to me. I think there are far better spas out there.

When I went inside I was still a few minutes early, but they took me and introduced me to who would be working on my hair; Roselle. Roselle did an excellent job on the color, cut and style! My gf had a worse experience than I did. The masseuse just kept rubbing her up and down, and when my gf asked her to do something else and that she didn't like it, the masseuse didn't understand. The language barrier was really difficult even when making the appointment. When we went to pay, they told us only cash which wasn't said on the phone or anything so we had to go to the bank. They do give a loyalty card which is always nice and the place is cute but that's really it.

Then proceeded to charge me a cancellation fee because I cancelled at time of service. I blocked my credit card but they found me and charged the gift card $70 dollars and now the gift card is basically null and void because of their bad business dealings. I initially was going to do a mani/pedi decided on a spa pedicure pricey for $75 but I needed some extra care. The whole experience was just mediocre for $75 felt rushed on top of that. It came with a 15 massage which a timer was set but on my end as I looked at my phone ended up being 11 minutes and honestly didn't matter as the foot/leg massage was just terrible! The woman and staff were nice but this caused me to skip on doing the mani. At my usual nail spa place my basic $30 pedicure is a lot better and I come out with a great massage feeling relaxed unlike here where I left needing a massage. I paid & tipped 20% and putting this place as one and done. Just add The paint also chipped on a few nails after just 4 days! Makes me question the polish quality! I've gone many times due to my schedule 3 wks without a pedi and never had it chip!
