Sophia didn't really analyze my skin like aestheticians often do when it's your first time seeing them. She told me the neck and chest are not included with my ($230) facial so I agreed to pay more money to extend to those areas. She then rushed through the entire facial as she had another client waiting at 11:45 promptly. Why offer me more services for an additional $95 if you're not going to execute the full facial to optimize my results?! Very confusing. I left her a $40 tip because I'm not an a$$hole but I would not go back to this person for this service. After I put my contacts back in I was very unimpressed with my results. She hardly even did extractions. Perhaps they should not book clients back to back and make their clients feel rushed. Another side note is that they offered me a glass of Prosecco and then charged me for it lol paying over $450 for services and not even receiving a complimentary glass of champs is wild to me. Once seen, I felt somewhat rushed and a little in the dark about the type of facial I was receiving. They have done this in the past with my 15 year-old sister (who of course didn't know things would cost $ and nervously nodded along). I was in the room closest to the waiting room, and the thin walls + quiet music made it easy to hear things going on outside. It also sounded like there was some sort of construction going on at times. Additionally, I'm not sure the facialist wore a mask when working on me, and feeling/smelling someone's breath on your face is not exactly the most soothing experience... After 40/45 minutes (of my 50 minute slot), my facial ended and I went to the front to pay. I appreciated the first-time discount, but was somewhat appalled by the tipping suggestion.
