I booked a scalp massage for today, Friday. I was welcomed immediately upon arrival and shown to my treatment room in less than a minute. I was under the impression that they would perform a scalp analysis (before and after) to show the condition of the skin, but that didn't happen. I'm not sure if it's just this specific location or if they simply skipped it for my session. They didn't ask me any preliminary questions either; they just told me to wrap myself in a towel and lie down. The initial massage felt nice, but once the shampooing started, I was disappointed. The technician focused heavily on the ends of my hair rather than my scalp, which felt counterintuitive for a "scalp massage." But after They used three different shampoos, and a quick scalp massage for each shampoo, followed by a "sprinkler" rinse and a combing session. I could feel her pulling at my hair, only to realize she had created several knots while washing it. To top it off, the "arm and back massage" lasted maybe 30 seconds each. I kid you not--it was incredibly brief. The blow-dry was the final straw. She was blowing my hair all over the place without any technique. Eventually, I just told her I'd finish it myself because it was becoming so frizzy. When I checked my scalp, it looked incredibly parched. I asked for some oil, and the receptionist said, "Wow, you have so much hair! Yes, it's dry. That happens after cleaning. It's good!" She then gave me a single drop of oil. I left immediately. Will I return? Honestly, no. I don't think the service was worth it, especially with how dry my skin felt. I had to come home, apply my own scalp treatment, and restyle my hair myself. Pedí un aceite o algo para aplicar porque sentía mucha resequedad, y la chica de la recepción me dijo: "¡Guau, tienes mucho cabello! Sí, está seco. Pasa después de la limpieza. ¡Es bueno!". Found a Groupon so I got a massage here. It was good massage for the price of the Groupon.

I was so excited to have a head spa close to my home but was disappointed when I actually went to this place. I waited about 30 mins after my appt time. No one knew what they were doing or what treatment I was getting and the treatment I wanted was on the board list behind reception but was told they don't do the combo I wanted. The towels smelled like mildew and the lady that did my head spa treatment was so rough I had a headache afterwards plus I felt rushed. Thought I was gonna enjoy my Mother's Day treat to myself but I was so unhappy. read more

I went there on a Groupon for one hour service they wanted me to pay an extra $10. They said it was only for 50 minutes. Nobody there speaks decent English. There's no good communication. I will not be back. I was swindled out of $10. read more

The place was clean and quiet, very inviting. I booked a massage with hot stones and was attended by Anna. She took the time to ask about my pressure preference--hard or soft--and which areas I wanted to focus on. The massage was absolutely incredible. I had been experiencing a lot of tension and discomfort, and Anna's hands worked wonders. She skillfully relieved the tightness in my muscles and helped me feel completely at ease. I left feeling so much better and deeply relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place--and be sure to ask for Anna! read more

Today I redeemed the group on voucher I purchased for Utopia Spa for a 50-min full body hot stone massage for couples for my husband's birthday. The people were really nice on the phone and the spa was clean, relaxing and nicely decorated for Valentines Day. However I experienced a number of issues and think its important that other potential customers be aware of these things before booking here (via group on or directly). The women doing our massages talked to each other almost the entire time; they kept the lights on and my person repeatedly stopped and even left the room at one point without saying anything or making up for the 5 minutes lost. Additionally, the ladies stopped mid-massage to ask if we wanted to pay more to extend the massages and if I wanted them to use lavender oil, which would cost $10 more each. When I asked to speak to the manager for clarification, each person they sent to speak to me gave me different info and then finally agreed that oil and lotion are included and that pain oil is separate (not sure why this even came up since neither my husband nor I asked). The lost time due to this interruption was also never made up for. Similar to other reviews here I did not get the massage I asked for. Instead of full body, it was an upper body massage. I asked the lady to focus more on my legs and she said "after I finish your back" and only spent 10 minutes on my legs - eight minutes on the back of my legs and two minutes on the front. They ONLY used the hot stones on my back, for about three minutes, and then returned them to the same heating machine as the unused hot towels get stored in. At the end of the massage, the lady at the front desk asked me pointedly if I was tipping in cash or using a card after refusing to issue or stamp their loyalty card "because we did not pay full price for the service", which is not noted anywhere - on the group on voucher or in the spa. Group on promotional deals are intended to draw new customers and this was unfair because I paid for two services ($107), discount or not. I informed. There are so many other spas to choose from; I do not recommend this one. read more

Went for a couples massage after trying many places. Best massage I've had in a LONG time. I had Anna she was INCREDIBLE. Very clean and welcoming inside. The only "con" I have was I wish the lights were dimmer in the room but other than that it was great! Will definitely be back! read more
