I only complied because I was afraid of being arrested. I was in the hospital for one week. I had a special needs weiner dog named Pedro which needed a lot of care. He was a senior I adopted from a dachshund rescue and he needed heart medication and special food. We called him "wee man" and he didn't have any teeth. He went to boarding during that week and he was very poorly when I bailed him out. Two days after I come home, he dies in my arms while we rushed him to the vet. My daughter and my husband were in the vehicle with me when he passed. My whole family was heartbroken. I didn't find another therapist due to some serious trust issues. Rose you know what you did. Therapists shouldn't lie to their clients because they are uncomfortable listening to the truth. I still have a hard time trusting anyone with my true feelings as I am scared I will be put in a hospital against my will.

My son attended this clinic from December through May. During that time, there were three separate incidents that I felt were unprofessional. I overlooked them because the clinic's location and hours were incredibly convenient. It was right next door to my son's speech therapy, which made our lives much easier. My son is a Level 3 three year old autistic child who is nonverbal. While in their care, he suffered a scratch on his cheek that has since healed into a permanent scar. When the incident happened, no one called either parent. Instead, the staff called the owner of the business. My husband happened to walk into the clinic, and that's when he learned about the injury. The incident report stated that a phone call had been made and that my son received medical care after my husband arrived. In my opinion, the priority should have been to immediately provide first aid, notify the parents, document the incident, and then inform management. Instead, we were told that parents are only called if something life-threatening happens. My child was at the clinic, not at home. As his parents, we should have been notified as soon as he was injured, especially when the injury broke the skin on his face. That was my son's last day at this clinic because I no longer felt he was being properly supervised. I also had concerns about the safety of the environment and the equipment. When I raised my concerns, it felt like the focus was more on protecting the business than acknowledging that my son had been permanently scarred. They treated the injury as though it were nothing more than a scraped knee, when in reality, he now has a scar on his face that he will carry for the rest of his life. I'm sharing this review so other parents can make an informed decision. Every parent deserves to know how injuries are handled and what to expect if their child is hurt while in the clinic's care.

I have to call once a month for it to be sent to pharmacy. We have not been terribly happy with this practice (referrals not being sent, no availability for sick visits and the Dr's having no understanding of autism) we decided to move to sandhills Pediatrics, before doing so, I requested a copy of her file. My intention was to finish her 90 day prescription and transfer practices then. It is important to note, she has not been seen by this new doctor yet, we are still under the car of CHofR. I called to have the last batch of her refill sent to the pharmacy, and was told that since they transfered her file, shes not their problem anymore. (Litetally) I asked the (incredibly rude) receptionist to speak to someone above her about this as my daughter isn't being seen yet by anyone and she needs her medication. She called back gleefully to tell me "this is our office policy, good luck" This practice is incredibly unprofessional, they do not care about the physical and mental well being of the children in their care. I cannot express this enough, go anywhere but this practice. The staff is rude, the doctors are harmfully inexperienced and they are clearly only interested in making money from your insurance. 0/10 I do NOT recommend trusting this practice.
