I brought my daughter to Garden City Treatment Center for an urgent care visit and was amazed by…read morethe level of care that she received. Despite being a busy Friday night, every provider from start to finish was polite and genuinely concerned about her health as she had previously been misdiagnosed elsewhere. She was treated by RNP Russ Dufresne, who is an asset to both this center and the medical profession as a whole. I'm a first responder and I've never witnessed such thorough treatment in action. If we didn't reside over two hours away, I'd want him as our PCP. Thanks to him, my daughter is finally recovering.

Total fraudsters. $250 up front just to be seen. Then they spend 5 minutes questioning your…read moresymptoms and examining you and 35 minutes trying to get you to agree to $1000 more for a whole smorgasbord of unnecessary lab tests that have nothing to do with your symptoms at all. In the end, they just write you a subscription for generic Tylenol that costs more than the over-the-counter brand name and tell you to see your PCP. And of course, they won't accept any out-of-state insurance or any insurance not on a short list of insurance networks. Which is probably why I later got a bill for X-rays neither taken or agreed to. They were probably trying to commit insurance fraud but since I don't have insurance and I know for a fact that I didn't have X-rays taken or agreed to be taken, they're out of luck. But don't even try to contact someone in billing for information about the phony bill. They won't answer the phone or emails sent to the email address listed on the bill.

Completely incompetent. Do not go here if you value your life. My son went 3 weeks ago for 2…read moreswollen, blistering big toes and the health provider looked at it for a second and said he had cellulitis. She gave him Keflex and sent him on his way. He took it as directed and the toes got worse. We went back today. We were there for 3 hours. The women taking our information was very kind. She was shocked that we only waited for 3 hours, it's usually 5 hours since they cut down to one provider. The doctor looked at his two toes and said he needed to see a podiatrist immediately. She gave him 2 types of antibiotics and an anti fungal and that he needed to start them immediately. My son starting panicking because of how serious it was. She was sending the scipt to the CVS pharmacy at Target. I explained to her that they were already closed, to please send it to the CVS on Warren Ave in East Providence because they are open 24 hours. I went to pick up the scripts for him since it was already 9p, I waited that long because CVS never informed him that the scripts were ready. When I picked them up, there were only 2 scripts, of course the most important one had not been sent in. So now I have to waste more time getting this straightened out. Never again, complete waste of our time.
