Very awkward, and I did not know what to say, and we stood in a whole 2 minutes of silence! The session lacked any meaningful therapeutic conversation. Most of the questions she asked were irrelevant to my concerns (including whether my roommate had a girlfriend), and she offered no strategies, feedback, or support. Her nonverbal behavior also felt awkward and at times condescending. I would not recommend seeing this therapist, as the session felt unproductive and a waste of time.
