So I have been reluctant in writing this review because it involves both lifestyle outdoor and caldera spa which is what I have. I have a caldera Geneva spa I purchased from lifestyle outdoor and it has a malfunctioning control panel which lifestyle has been out 5 times to fix to no resolve. It takes about 4 weeks for lifestyle to get back out to fix this issue each time which has resulted in this going on for almost a year now. I understand maybe the first time but after that when they can't fix it they should be out immediately to help resolve the issue. I am now also dealing directly with Watkins wellness at this point the manufacture of caldera spas which so far has not helped. This is a higher end expense spa and this is not what I expected from the spa or the dealer. read more

I decided to get a hot tub but knew nothing about them. I had heard the Lifestyle Outdoor was good and the nearest one was in Ventura. I went in and the manager, Keith, asked me a few questions and gave me a clear explanation of which tubs might be best for what I wanted and showed me several models on display. It made it very easy to sift through the many models and options and enabled me to make a good decision quickly. The price was significantly lower than those advertised by the stores near us. Keith looked at a video of our property and determined that it would be very difficult to get the tub into the location we had picked. He organized a visit to the site from a crane company and they worked out a way to get the tub installed. The tub arrived exactly when promised and the crane was ready when the tub arrived at our house. In 30 minutes the tub was unloaded and in place. We have been using it almost everyday since it was delivered. It is fabulous! Keith made the whole process enjoyable and steered us to a tub that fits our needs perfectly. I highly recommend Lifestyle Outdoor and in particular, Keith at the Ventura store. I wanted to reward Keith for his great service which is the reason I took so much time with this review and went to the trouble of posting it on two sites. read more

We ordered two Endless Pools swim spa from Keith and are pleased at the experience. Keith helped guide me through the purchase process including selecting the R200 swim spa for a disabled family member and the E500 for the lap swimmer. The product was delivered on time from the original estimate (10 months lead time due to pandemic). Keith also efficiently organized the crane delivery at our homes. One tip looking back is that I wish some of the enhancement options would have been explained to me as I'd probably have paid the extra amount for enhanced electric hookups to enable simultaneous heating & jetting as well as the wifi option to control swim spa settings via an app. read more

This is a long over due review of this location PLUS the amazing service we receive from Keith. My husband and I were considering a pool long before COVID. Then when that hit, we decided it was time to get one. We had heard a little about swim spas but did not know enough to decide. We got a few quotes on an inground pool. The problem was we would loose our entire back yard if we got a pool. So we started to think about a swim spa. Our reason for wanting a pool was to exercise and relax in it. So we started to shop around until we stumbled into Lifestyle Outdoor. Keith was there and friendly from the start. Keith was not only an expert with helping us decide. He was NOT at all pushy and really took his time answering all of our questions. Even when we came back many time or I texted him more questions. He also was very helpful in helping with the design of the deck we built. That is probably not in his job description but he provided some great ideas and even showed examples of other backyards. Our purchase was made but due to COVID it was delayed a few times. Keith kept us very informed and made sure we knew where they were at in the process. When the swim spa was delivered, Keith was here to oversee the delivery. We have been so happy that we told my sister and she went to the location in Pasadena and bought a spa from the same company. I am a firm believer that service is everything. I work hard for my money and where i spend it matters to me. Absolute joke. Worst service I've ever experienced. Bought a hot tub that was supposedly "already on it's way" (not a custom order) and would only be 2 weeks to delivery. Asked them very specifically about any Covid delays/supply chain issues, etc. Was told everything was worked out and this wouldn't be a problem. Called the week of delivery after hearing nothing, no hot tub in stock and no date available. Another week and no update. Called and was told they had a similar one in stock. Decided to accept that and set up delivery date. Date of delivery no one showed up. Paid an electrician to be there same day for install. Called and salesman had apparently looked at the calendar wrong, and now doesn't have delivery available for another week. Found another spa from a much more reliable local dealer that was in stock. Asked Lifestyle to cancel my order and was told they would charge 15% fee for cancelation. Letting Visa handle the refund now. Huge hassle. Much better dealers in town for Hot Tubs! read more
