I am concerned about the service I have received from Coastal Spa Warehouse... for the following reasons: 1. I ordered three items shown in stock on February 9th 2022, and they were not even shipped until February 15th, 2022, after I called to follow-up on the on the order I paid $22.50 to ship UPS that weighed in at 3.5 lbs. UPS identified the label was made on Feb 15th and it was shipped out on the 16th and is supposed to arrive via UPS on Feb 18th. What happened to my order? Jason the warehouseman called me to explain that it was being shipped on Feb 15th, but offered no explanation, no apology and no hurry up to the shipping method! Wow! That is why I am encouraging you as a consumer to make sure you know what date the item will be shipped before you order from these folks. Order the same stuff from Amazon next time YES I WILL! I will offer pictures if the order arrives in as bad of share as I expect. read more

I purchased my Softub from this business about a year and a half ago and the jets stopped working after cleaning and refilling the tub. Great Customer Service. We purchased a spa from Coastal Softub. Alyer the manager manager was super helpful and accommodating when we came in to look at all the different spa choices. She was very informative and answered all of our questions. With her help, we picked the perfect spa for our property. The spa was delivered on time and very professionally by Freddie. The only problem was the factthat the spa that was delivered had a bent frame. This is where Kamal came to the rescue. He came out to our house and inspected the spa and con%rmed that the frame was bent. He told me right away that he would make sure that the manufacturer would replace the spa for as. After a couple weeks of communicating back and forth, Kamal called me to tell me that the spa would be replaced at no charge to us. A few weeks later, Freddie came with the new spa in perfect condition.This place treats customers the way all businesses should treat their customers. If we were to ever buy another spa, it would de%nitely be from Coastal Softub and Spa-Warehouse. We purchased a Softtub and received it a few months later at the end of May 2022. Unfortunately, the install crew was not very experienced( a different install crew has since been hired) and we felt we didn't get a good overview of how to deal with the chemicals and later told the company this. They said they would come back out and have one of the owners do a reinstall and properly instruct us on the use of chemicals. they did come out and brought a new pack of chemicals for us, emptied the spa and refilled it, and explained how best to take care of it and how to deal with the chemicals. They waited to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend them as well as the Soft spa as we have been enjoying it quite a lot. Thank you very much guys. I bought a spa. in January 2021 with the understanding that it would be delivered in March. When March came and went and there was no communication, I reached out. I was told that it was coming and it finally arrived in June. This was a birthday present for my husband and we invested a lot of money and we're educators so we don't have a lot spare. Once the hot tub was delivered, we had it filled only to find out that it was leaking and broken. They sent the person who delivered it to fix it and then we had it filled again only to discover a bigger leak. We're still waiting for someone to come and fix it and have yet to actually sit in the hot tub that we purchased 8 months ago. The only communication we have had was about paying for it and when we reach out to find out what's going on. We couldn't be more disappointed with our experience. read more

We shopped all of Ventura county for a hot tub. Most felt like used car lots until we met Jim. Jim and Sally were sweet and knowledgeable. Best of all the prices are set and Jim showed us all the prices up front (no haggling or pressure, love that). Not to mention the prices were very fair and when trying the tub we just fell in love with it. Ordered that day (Thursday) and Jim had the spa delivered on the following Monday! Once the power was hooked up (Jim recommended Frankie of Imperial Crown Electric who was amazing) and the spa filled, Jim came to our house and trained us on the spa. If I could give this place a ZERO stars I would give them 10 ZERO Stars!! We ordered our Jacuzzi back in march and it took until October for the tub to finally arrive after telling us it would be here with in 4-10 weeks. Also to mention that we called every month in between to get updates regarding our tub that we had paid 12,000 dollar for! Each time we called the date would move farther & farther back and the lady I spoke with was extremely rude and kinda made fun of me for calling so much & "bothering" them about OUR tub that we had made such a huge purchase on!! Until the day that they last told me it was coming I called them to ask about it and they said It was be ANOTHER 30 days!!! So finally i had enough and i told them that I was contacting my lawyer and taking them to small claims court, they called me back after a ashort while and said That my tub had just ironically just came in that day!?!? But because we lived a few hours away they COULD NOT DELIVER to our town when in the beginning we told them exactly where we lived and on our contract it shows in writing that we paid AN EXTRA $500 delivery fee to our town!! so to cut this long story short we finally got our hot tub in today. and GUESS WHAT!!! It is NOT the spa THAT WE PAID FOR!!!!! This place is a HEAD ACHE and i would NEVER recommend buying from here to ANYONE!!!!! read more

Recently moved to Ventura and was looking for a high quality spa. After reading Yelp reviews, decided to visit Spa Warehouse on Olivas Park Drive. When we first walked in, there were no other customers so we had Jim all to ourselves. Extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a spa. Then the flood gates opened and there were at least ten of us in the showroom. Jim was able to answer all the questions thrown at him. When we sat down with Jim, he worked up a great spa configuration and gave us a price. Extremely fair as we had looked at others. Jim had the spa delivered on the day and within the time promised and Jim himself is coming out tomorrow after the electrical is completed to review all the features and how to maintain our spa. My wife and I looked around for over two years and never felt good about making that big of decision without testing the tubs. Even after the wet tests we were not convinced. We were looking for powerful jets that we could feel which would act as a water massage. Most tubs felt wimpy to us and we were about to go with a built in, but first stopped at Jim's place to see what he had going on. He explained to us that if we purchased a tub with 3 motors, we'd have all the power we'd ever need. I was skeptical because I've only felt that kind of power on a custom built in, but Jim convinced us to give it a try. He was 100% right, it is more than enough power and we find ourselves adjusting down after the first few minutes because it kind of blows you out of your seat and you need to fight to stay put with the pressure coming your way. The power adjusters are near each seat and you can control the flow from each seat. We we turn on all three motors and crank up the power, the tub looks like a water ride or a volcano of water. Very relaxing and therapeutic. I could not recommend Jim and his team more highly from the sale to the installation, to the training on how to use it. Good job Jim, Michael read more

My husband purchased a Softub at the Ventura County Fair. He was delighted to find a spa that was accessible as he has arthritis & couldn't get in or out of our old spa. Prior to delivery, he had medical issues which could prevent him from using the softub. I called Coastal & told them my quandary. My husband would have been the only person using the softub & now it appeared he would not be able to. They were extremely kind & understanding. They refunded our money & wished my husband a speedy recovery. As I write this, my husband is still in ICU & we are hoping for the best. He came out to outlr townhouse to measure our space and provide an honest opinion about what size/brand would work best for us.
