For a surprisingly reasonable price, Jeff fixed the leak and got the lights working again. He also found a replacement overlay for the control panel and texted me a link to buy it directly from the manufacturer, since it was easy to install. I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros. Fixes it temporarily and I'll give him his flowers for that but when it came time to full on replace the motor he refused the service even though he was recommended by our home warranty as being a service provider. Round and round we finally took the cash out and repaired it ourselves at a cost of $2400 out of pocket.

They sent a technician out who spent less than 2 minutes to do an assessment on my damaged equipment. They assessed that the equipment was not damaged due to normal wear and tear and tried to get my claim denied. I fought back and end up fixing my pool filter at my own expense. I can see from their other reviews that I am not alone in this experience with.
