    Rinna with Lifetime Wedding Memories was an absolute dream to work with. Do yourself a favor and book her now. We hired her for a day of coordinator, but she gave us so much more of her time than that. We had many in person meetings, phone, email and text message communications over the months leading up to our event. Rinna and her team made sure that my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day without worry. She is super warm and caring and I knew she wanted the best for us. She is a pro and has a sharp attention to detail and made many thoughtful suggestions to ensure that our wedding day was enjoyable for all involved. We had two different locations, a parade in-between, lots of non-traditional elements, lots of diy set-up and take down, friends and family to coordinate, two bands, parking limitations, all our own florals... to name just a bit of all the moving parts- she was upbeat and handled it all with grace! On our big day she worked all morning and through to the late evening and always was smiling and joyful. She was an incredible value, which was one of the reasons we chose to hire her, but after it was all said and done we just had to give her a big tip because she went so far beyond our expectations! Highly recommend.

    Rinna was referred to me by another planner who was already booked and I am so happy that it worked out this way. I booked her for Day Of Coordination of my wedding reception. Rinna and her husband met with us several times leading up to the day to review vendor contracts, discuss timeline, and she gave me some guidance on things I hadn't thought of beforehand. She really shined on the day of my reception beginning with setup. She was the main point of contact with all my vendors so I didn't have to worry about details or handling any emergencies. She kept me on schedule so that I had plenty of time to get ready for my wedding! Rinna paid special attention to details, put special touches on things throughout the night that added to my photos and experience, she went the extra mile. I def recommend her!

    I cannot recommend Rinna enough! Her great energy and hard-working spirit really impressed us. I hired Rinna a little more than a month before my wedding because my original day-of-wedding coordinator couldn't do my event anymore. I was more than stressed! I luckily found Rinna and she took over seamlessly. I remember being so relieved after my first appointment with her. Whenever I needed her she was just a text away. Since I planned most of the wedding myself it was great when she took over because she pointed out things I had not thought of. You can tell she has a lot of experience and genuinely cares for her clients. She was punctual, professional and truly invested on how our wedding day turned out. She went above and beyond many times more than I could have asked and I did not have to think about anything on our big day. We did a DIY photo-booth and she got it set-up along with all the other decor. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and her ability to make things flow so well on my wedding day. She gave us peace of mind on our big day and everything went perfectly. She is a very special person and my husband and I will never forget how she supported us through our magical day. If you want an amazing coordinator who will carry out your dream wedding then definitely don't miss out on Rinna.

On my wedding day, I didn't have to worry about a thing, and I was able to completely hand over the reigns without worry. It was everything I hoped for and so much more. That magic was made possible thanks to the incredibly talented woman behind Camellia Wedding Flowers, Atalanta. From start to finish, Atalanta was an absolute dream to work with. She was professional, responsive, attentive, and so detail-oriented. She truly brought my vision to life with our wedding florals. As an avid collector and gardener of Epiphyllum cactus, I had a very specific request. These blooms are rare, stunning, and delicate--they only open at night and have a short season. Since using fresh blooms wasn't an option, I asked Atalanta if she could incorporate silk epiphyllum flowers into our arrangements. Not only was she open to the idea, but she thoughtfully consulted me on the best ways to incorporate them--and she nailed it! She transformed our venue into a glowing, romantic summer fairytale. The lush florals, touches of gold, greenery, blush pinks, and the perfectly placed candles created an atmosphere that was simply unforgettable. The way she highlighted the epiphyllum blooms made everything feel so personal and special. On top of her artistry, Atalanta and her team were punctual, organized, and efficient when it came to delivery, setup, and breakdown on the wedding day.
