She took my information (I'm withholding her name to be nice), for payment. Then asked what we would be getting seen for, I asked if it mattered in being accepted. She said no, LIE. As soon as she heard I needed a referral to pain management for multiple diseases in my back, she said she'd call back. I never heard from her so I selected them as my pcp, as they were accepting new patients. I called to make my first appointment, which only the "screener" can do. I was then informed by the same person that they are full and not accepting new patients. I was referred to them by Blue Cross after a rep had spoken to them to make sure we could go there. Now once again on hold trying to find another dr that hopefully doesn't discriminate against people with real issues. NOT EVERYONE IS A DRUG ADDICT. If you call here, that's how you will be treated. I wanted to try physical therapy to see if it would help my condition, evidentally helping people isn't what they do.

When I called to have the excuse extended because he still felt terrible and had a high fever, they tell you to come back in for another visit because they don't just extend the school excuse. We are given a packet every time we come in. They are not entering it into the computer. I have recorded this on several occasions. I believe it's because we are white.
