I inquired for several months regarding their Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) service and was unable to learn much about the details and pricing of the service. Often, my emails, text messages, and voicemails were ignored. Just before Father's Day, they advertised a TPI Father's Day special which I signed up for. I was told that I needed to contact a specific therapist, by text only, to schedule the initial assessment. The initial assessment went ok, except the therapist was slightly late for the appointment, and was told the TPI assessment results would be emailed to me in a few days. A few weeks later I finally received the computer-generated assessment. I found the assessment details to be very lacking; the report was very generic and simplistic. The Father's Day package included the initial assessment and 4 or 5 follow-on sessions. Before departing from the initial assessment, we scheduled the next appointment. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, I received a text indicating that it was a holiday, and they were closed...so they scheduled an appointment on a closed holiday! The therapist repeated that the best, and only way, to contact her regarding scheduling appointments was via text. I tried calling the main office and the other employees said that I needed to communicate directly with the therapist via text. After frustration with no replies, I finally asked for a refund. Over the next five months, I was promised a refund, when I was able to get a response. The therapist always had an excuse. She was out of town, had sick relatives, or was just busy. Often weeks would go by after sending a text message without a response. Finally, after about 6 months I gave up. Austin's promises made are not promises kept. The purpose of this review is to share my experience.

Additionally , "C" is not part of the clinical staff - he is the marketing staff! When I pointed this out and asked about the availability of the clinical staff, I was also told that the "doctor" would not be in either. This has all the earmarks of an unprofessional - and perhaps not trustworthy clinical practice. My health is of importance to me and I am afraid to continue with this company - I no longer believe that they have either the willingness/capability/expertise to provide the services for which I paid.

She was very cautious at getting updated radiology reports before treatment. I'm glad she did because I discovered I had some more serious issues on my cervical spine than I knew.
