Everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came.) My fabulous main therapist, Emma H., is extremely knowledgeable (holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy). She's able to make clear why we're doing what we're doing and what it should make possible in the future. I feel both taken care of and educated. Constantly cheerful and encouraging, Emma obviously loves her job and loves working with patients. At Focus, you always have a 2nd therapist who helps run you through the exercises, and I often work with Ashton, who is also terrific: knowledgeable, diligent, and lovely. The location itself is always bustling whenever I go, but I've never had a problem finding parking, it's always very clean and well-kept, and it never feels crowded. I'm really thrilled my doctor referred me to Focus, and I'm grateful for the great experience I've had!

A few weeks pass and no real relief. I had to go back to TOC. The pain was unbearable so I had to get fluid drained, twice. The local anesthetic was a minor poke. The harpoon used to drain fluid, that bad boy hurt. I can't imagine the pain without the local anesthetic. Two large tubes of fluid were removed, twice. I have gone 2 weeks in a row to get the fluid drained from my knee cap. Many thanks to Tom, Dr. Park's PA! I had an MRI. Dr. Parks told me I need a total knee replacement. I have the surgery scheduled late June. The schedule is full. The waiting room for people with knee problems is full all day. It doesn't matter if you have a morning or afternoon appointment. Thankfully Dr. Park's staff is efficient and they get patients in and out quickly. While I do not look forward to surgery, I know that surgery will allow me to get around better and improve quality of life. Many thanks to Dr. Park's and his staff. 5/5

He immediately went over those with me (not come back in a few weeks like other doctors). Turns out my pelvis was off a little bit and there were some issues with my spine. Dr Lanier knew it was my first time to see a chiropractor so he talked me through the process of my first treatment as he was working on my back so I would know what to expect. It was incredibly helpful to know ahead of time what part of my back he would be working on next. He made me feel comfortable by chatting with me while adjusting my back. The office staff are very welcoming and efficient. They greet everyone in a way that I felt very welcomed. Once you are an established patient (go one time) you can go in anytime during the doctor's hours and get an adjustment without an appointment. I honestly was a bit skeptical about that and thought it would take a long time and that there would be a lobby full of people who popped in, but I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes. So thankful for Dr. Lanier and the office staff. I actually look forward to going to see the doctor!

He treated me three times that day in addition to all his other patients. He made time to help me. Also, I had an appointment for surgery on my hand but after three visits to this office surgery was no longer required. To this day my hand has not given me any trouble. His office staff is accommodating and kind. They office is beautiful and so modern. He has accommodations for the whole COVID virus and his office is very clean.
